I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals in both private and government settings. My practice is grounded in meeting clients exactly where they are and honoring the strengths, values, and lived experiences they bring into the room. I integrate multiple evidence‑based modalities, including EMDR, Strengths-Based approaches, Positive Psychology, and CBT, to create a personalized and effective plan for each person I serve. Hi, I’m Christine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, feel heard and supported, and also be challenged when needed. My style is laid-back, warm, and collaborative—I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you explore patterns in your thoughts and relationships, and support you in making changes that feel meaningful to you. At The Mental Wellness Studio, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable doing the work while knowing you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
I know how difficult it can be to find a therapist. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I'm offering how to accept your thoughts, and emotions, while using skills to be in the moment and less reactive. We can use breath work, guided imagery, somatic work, exposure therapy, and journaling. My professional career spans working in community mental health systems and helping people cope with a range of diagnoses and severities. My focus is on helping people cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, and issues that affect men specifically.
Hello I'm Adrian. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and work with individuals, couples, and families. Working from a systemic perspective, I look at how the whole system is interacting and functioning. I use a Narrative approach and Brainspotting. I am interested in the narratives or rules that we have picked up from our families of origin, relationships, and experiences. Often, these rules are helpful in the beginning and become a source of struggle down the road. Brainspotting is a trauma modality. More information can be found at brainspotting.com.

I'm a therapist licensed in Colorado and I'm passionate about helping my clients move towards positive changes in their life while addressing the underlying issues such as past trauma, attachment wounds, childhood and family issues, ongoing stress and life challenges. I offer EMDR and talk therapy for individuals (18+) and couples. I use attachment focused and trauma informed approach in my treatment, as well as solution-focused approach. You will define a desirable change and we'll work on finding a way to make it happen while using your strengths, available resources and therapeutic support.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor trained and grounded between cultures—I'm Brazilian, based in Fort Collins with deep ties to Brazil, and I've built my practice around understanding the complexity of living across worlds. I work with adolescents and adults in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, which means I can meet you in the language and cultural context where you're most yourself.
My approach is warm and collaborative, but I won't shy away from gently pushing back when I see you selling yourself short or staying stuck in patterns that aren't serving you. Therapy with me means honest reflection—about your relationships, your anxieties, your life transitions, whatever brought you here. I specialize in working through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship challenges, and I bring my own experience navigating between identities and expectations to that work.
With over 5 years of counseling experience—including years as a school counselor and now running my own telehealth practice—I've learned that the best therapy happens when you feel truly seen and genuinely challenged to grow. I offer secure, confidential sessions so you can work with someone who understands your full story, cultural context and all.
Hello, dear one, and welcome. I'm so glad you're here. Through my private practice Roots to Rise, I work with those who feel everything: the ones who need more recovery time than everyone around them, who've been called "too sensitive" or "too much." You're not too much. Your nervous system is doing what it was built to do.
Many people come to me with anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that's settled in like fog, trauma that keeps showing up in the body, exhaustion that doesn't lift no matter how much they rest, or the kind of burnout that happens when they've been rewarded for ignoring their own needs for too long.
For some, it's meant holding everything together: the high achiever, the one everyone calls for advice, the one who looks fine while running on empty.
For others, it's meant leaving a faith that no longer fits, questioning who taught them to distrust their body and intuition, or untangling the belief that they must earn their rest, prove their worth, or make themselves small to keep others comfortable.
My approach moves through grounding, witnessing, processing, reclaiming, and integrating, drawing on narrative and somatic work, IFS, ACT, DBT/CBT, and mindfulness. Rather than following one fixed protocol, we let your history, relationships, pace, and goals shape the mix. We work with more than your thoughts. Your body remembers what your mind has tried to outrun, so we pay attention to both.
When I'm not in session, you'll usually find me outside. I'm a Colorado native who feels most like myself in the mountains, with my hands in the garden, or out wildcrafting. On quieter days, I'm inside crafting, or curled up with a book I can't put down. That same groundedness is what I bring into the room with you.

Hi, I'm Haley. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or tired of holding everything together, therapy can be a space to slow down, understand your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. I work with adults and teens who are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, stress, and relationship concerns. You may be processing difficult experiences, feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, or struggling to feel connected to yourself and the people you love.
I’m passionate about mental health research and committed to continually learning so that I can offer care that is both thoughtful and informed by the latest evidence. My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities that support the mind, body, and emotions.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so my approach is collaborative, strengths-focused, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. And most importantly, I want therapy to move at a pace that feels right for you. If you resonate with this at all, I would be honored to connect with you.
Life can feel heavy sometimes—and trying to hold it all together gets exhausting. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone. I help adults work through anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges in a way that feels real, supportive, and actually helpful. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all—we focus on what you need and what works in your day-to-day life. No pressure, no judgment—just a space to process, gain clarity, and move forward. My goal is simple: help you feel more like yourself again, but stronger, more confident, and in control.
There is often a story behind the person who walks through the door of therapy.
For first responders, that story can include experiences that are difficult to put into words—moments of intense responsibility, loss, fear, or trauma that stay with you long after the shift ends. When you spend your career being the person others rely on, there may not always be much room to process what you have experienced yourself. Over time, that can show up as stress, frustration, emotional disconnection, difficulty being present with the people you love, or simply feeling unlike yourself.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about working with first responders who are ready to understand what they have been carrying and begin creating meaningful change. I believe that what happened to you is part of your story, but it does not have to define the rest of it.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients process difficult experiences, recognize the strengths they already possess, and develop practical tools for navigating what comes next.
Therapy is not about erasing your experiences or pretending they did not happen. It is about creating space to work through what has been holding you back, reconnect with what matters most, and make room for the life you want to live.
You have spent a lot of time showing up for others. Therapy can be a place where you get to show up for yourself.

Counseling is a second career for me. I am a Desert Storm era Navy veteran and spent twenty years in the business world as a successful sales manager. I have over thirty years of personal recovery experience and bring many tools to our sessions. I have done my own personal grief, anger, trauma and family of origin work so I can hold space for whatever your healing and recovery may require. I show up as my authentic self and tend to be very direct. If you are willing to do the painful work that healing requires, I may be a good choice as therapist for you. With both my own personal struggles with addiction and mental health challenges, I have empathy and respect for those willing to do the hard work of making changes.
Hello - I am one of the most unflappable therapists you will ever meet. I am a trauma informed therapist with years of experience both with inpatient and outpatient care, a systems therapist who will attend to all the areas of your life that may impact you, and a couples therapist who has trained with the Gottmans as well as Stan Tatkin and others. I am strong enough to hold space for all of the confusion and pain that life can throw at us, and stay beside you as your find your way again. I strongly believe we have the answers inside ourselves, and that it's easy to get lost in the noise of the world, our families, and our relationships. It's my honor to travel with you as you find your way back to the life you want, your values, and your priorities.. I am familiar with complex trauma, anxiety, panic disorder, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders.

Hi, I’m Maci. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, family conflict, and substance use. I’m licensed in Colorado as an LMFT, LPC, and LAC, in Utah as an LMFT, and in Louisiana as an LPC and LMFT. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, strengthen your relationships, and build the tools to create meaningful change.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and still be challenged to grow. I work with adults navigating addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, direct, practical, and judgment-free, with a focus on helping you understand what keeps you stuck and build a life that actually feels like yours.
I am an experienced clinician who will meet you where you are at with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach. Hi I'm McKenzie!
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan through depression, anxiety, life transitions, severe and persistent mental illnesses, and other disorders in a variety of different settings such as residential treatment, community mental health programs, school-based programs, and outpatient settings. These experiences have shaped my holistic, trauma-informed approach is care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental , drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I work especially well with teens and adults who feel misunderstood or out of place in more traditional settings.
Therapy should be a place where you can show up as your truest self. I create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can show up as you are. Our work is collaborative and centered on what feels authentic and meaningful to you.
My passion is helping you grow by reconnecting with your own internal wisdom. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Yoga Therapist, and EMDR trained. I received my master's degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver, and my experience spans community mental health, private practice, the criminal justice system, and working with asylum seekers. I bring an integrative approach tailored to meet the needs and goals of each individual I work with.
I specialize in two things most therapists don't: sleep and health. Specifically, I help individuals who can't sleep, who are managing a chronic illness or medical diagnosis, or who've been trying to make lasting health behavior changes and keep hitting a wall.
I hold dual board certifications in Clinical Health Psychology (ABPP) and Behavioral Sleep Medicine (DBSM), the latter being one of the most specialized credentials a psychologist can earn, and one that very few providers in Colorado have. Before going into private practice, I spent over a decade as an active duty psychologist in the U.S. Air Force, working with service members, veterans, and their families through some genuinely hard things. That experience shaped how I approach care: I believe in being collaborative, practical, and honest about what the research actually supports, and I don't believe in wasting your time.
My availability is usually limited to Mondays, as I also work full-time as a professor training future psychologists and conducting clinical research.
I feel like y job as a therapist is to be a non ojective person for my clients to listen to. I have been a therapist for over 15 years and I find that the process is organic if they are comfortable and fit with the right therapist for them. I am here to listen, guide, educate, process and support my clients, meeting them where they are in live and helping guide them to where they want to go.
I am a LPC working with individuals to empower them towards growth and a life of greater flourishing. I find that the therapeutic space offers the safety to gain tools, awareness and insight and a supportive relationship to work on interpersonal growth through 60 minute therapeutic sessions. I offer a wide range of interventions and lean on CBT, EMDR, DBT and trauma informed, person centered theoretical orientations for best practice in therapy.
I bring warmth, empathy, authenticity, and a down-to-earth approach to each session. I balance compassionate support with practical strategies, helping clients feel understood while also encouraging meaningful growth and change. My approach is collaborative and individualized—I meet you where you are, adapt therapy to your needs, and create a space where you can show up as yourself without fear of judgment.
I also understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I draw from evidence-based approaches while considering your unique experiences, culture, relationships, strengths, and values. I believe in being genuine and present with my clients, while gently challenging patterns that may no longer serve them. Together, we’ll build greater self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and skills you can use beyond the therapy room.
"I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addiction Counselor, EAP Certified and EMDR therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and addiction, as well as LGBTQIA+ clients seeking an affirming space. My approach is rooted in empathy and honesty. I won't tell you how to live your life, I'll support you in discovering what already works for you and help you build on it.
"I work best with clients who are ready to show up with openness, even when the work is hard. If you're willing to sit in the quiet moments as much as the breakthroughs, and to bring your goals and feedback into our sessions, I'd love to be part of your care team. Change starts with self-compassion, not perfection, and I hold space for that as we work through your goals together."

I believe every person carries an innate capacity for healing, even when life feels overwhelming or unclear.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, relationship stress, identity exploration, and workplace or career-related challenges. I also specialize in helping clients re-evaluate their relationships with substances and behavioral addictions, approaching this work with compassion and without shame.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in your lived experience. I integrate person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, solution-focused strategies, and narrative therapy. Together, we explore your story, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.
