About me

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about helping first responders process trauma and loosen the emotional hold of difficult experiences. I understand that the demands of serving others can leave lasting effects, including pain, frustration, stress, and disconnection from the life you want to live. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients process painful experiences, recognize their strengths, and develop practical ways to move forward. You do not have to remain defined by what you have experienced. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can work through what is holding you back, reconnect with what matters most, and begin to live fully and thrive again.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients walk out of their first therapy session with a surprisingly rich set of experiences — not just information, but a sense of what working with me will be like - they leave with clarity, connection, and a plan, even if they’re still unsure about everything else in their life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths as a therapist include creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be authentic and heard. I value collaboration, empathy, and active listening, while helping clients identify patterns, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for change. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight, increase resilience, and make meaningful progress toward their personal goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who knows things can't keep going the way they are and is ready to make meaningful changes. They may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in relationship challenges, or facing a major life transition. They're curious about understanding themselves more deeply and open to exploring patterns that may be holding them back. They value a collaborative, judgment-free space where they can be honest about their struggles and feel truly heard. Together, we work toward greater clarity, confidence, and resilience, and they're willing to put in the effort needed to create lasting change.
