New to Grow
My passion is helping you grow by reconnecting with your own internal wisdom. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Yoga Therapist, and EMDR trained. I received my master's degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver, and my experience spans community mental health, private practice, the criminal justice system, and working with asylum seekers. I bring an integrative approach tailored to meet the needs and goals of each individual I work with.
Our first session is centered around cultivating a safe space to meet you where you are and move entirely at your pace. This is a collaborative process designed to help us explore what brings you to therapy and clarify your personal goals. Together we will start creating a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, giving you a clear sense of direction for therapy.
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and deeply integrative. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space where you feel truly seen and empowered in your healing journey. Coming from a lens of curiosity and connection, I tailor our work to meet your individual needs by combining evidenced-based and somatic practices. For clients who are interested, we can incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic skills to help regulate your nervous system and build practical tools for everyday life.
My ideal client is an adult navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, or substance use challenges, who is seeking a holistic path toward healing. You may feel disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by past experiences, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You value a collaborative, compassionate environment and are open to exploring how both the body and mind play a role in your well-being.
I use an eclectic approach by using different therapy modalities to support each person's unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR with somatic practices depending on each individual. By drawing from different modalities, I meet you wherever you are in your healing journey.
