About me

I’m a therapist who helps individuals improve their mental health with a blend of compassion, clarity, and practical tools for change. My approach integrates Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients understand their patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with what truly matters in their lives. Clients can expect a calm, supportive space where they feel heard and respected. I work collaboratively, helping you slow down, notice what’s happening internally, and develop strategies that create real movement toward your goals. Whether you’re working through recovery, managing overwhelming thoughts, or trying to find balance in daily life, I’m committed to helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a more grounded and empowered version of yourself.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to map out what’s going on and begin building a plan. We’ll explore symptoms, stressors, and strengths, and I’ll introduce how mindfulness, CBT, and ACT can help you understand your thoughts, regulate emotions, and take action aligned with your values. Clients often walk away with a few initial tools or insights they can start using right away, along with a sense of what our work together will look like.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe my strength as a therapist is my curiosity and my flexibility. I can deeply understand my clients on an individual level.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore their experiences with honesty and curiosity, even if they’re not sure where to start. They may be navigating addiction, ADHD, depression, or anxiety and feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. What matters most is their willingness to show up, reflect, and try new strategies. I work best with individuals who want practical tools, emotional insight, and a space where they can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with their values.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness-based therapy to help clients better recognize the sources of their suffering and help them grow their capacity to handle their dysregulation in the present moment.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using CBT, I can help my clients identify inaccurate or unhelpful thought patterns. We explore the impact these thought patterns are having, then collaborate on the best way to replace them with healthier thoughts.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

There are two types of problems. One type should be addressed, and one type can be dropped. I utilize solution-focused therapy for the former. I aim to collaborate and educate the client so we can form a plan they are confident in.
