I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed clinical addictions specialist in the state of Colorado D.C., Virginia, New Mexico and North Carolina. I have been in the field of mental health since 2007. I have enjoyed working with a variety of clients including active-duty military, couples, teens, families, professionals, hospice and he medically compromised. Throughout my career, I have had the chance to help clients struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, marital problems, parenting concerns, family issues, PTSD, military reintegration, addictions, abuse and trauma. Counseling is conducted for a variety of reasons, but everyone has one commonality in their reason for seeking counseling – change. counseling is the gateway to making personal changes and can assist in solving particular problems or learning to lead a healthier life. The counseling process can be interesting and exciting. It can also, at times, be very challenging, difficult and even painful. However, the goal will always be to bring about positive changes. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
I am a person who identifies as a member of the LGBTQ+ community with multicultural and multiethnic roots. I enjoy working with adult men who are exploring their gender, sexuality, and relationships; members of the LGBTQ+ and BDSM/kink communities; and sexual trauma survivors and thrivers. I aim to help clients in accepting and loving the parts of themselves that they have disowned or hidden throughout their lifespan due to negative influences from their families of origin, peers, and society.
I am a Master’s-level Social Worker with specialized training in clinical counseling. My experience spans diverse populations—including individuals, families, veterans, justice‑involved clients, and residents of mental health facilities—across a wide range of treatment settings.
I am a passionate, growth‑oriented therapist who uses an eclectic approach to meet clients where they are. Hi, I’m Angela. I understand that reaching out for support is often the hardest part of the journey, especially when you feel life is heavy or uncertain. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are navigating the complexities of recovery, the weight of grief, or the shifting transitions of midlife. Since 2016, I have focused my career on supporting adults through the challenges of substance use, working across all levels of care, including detox, residential, and medication-assisted treatment.
As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor, I have invested significant additional education and clinical hours specifically in the field of addiction. I believe it is important to work with a therapist who focuses on these patterns, as alcohol and substance use rarely exist in isolation. They are often intertwined with anxiety, codependency, trauma, and relationship stress. In our sessions, we will explore how these challenges impact one another and work toward your specific goals for change, whether that involves moderation or choosing abstinence.
I am also passionate about supporting women navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. This stage of life frequently brings a surge of symptoms such as irritability, brain fog, and anxiety where you might find yourself drinking more than you intended just to get through the day. I offer a nonjudgmental space to address these symptoms, helping you develop healthier ways to cope so you can feel like yourself again.
My practice is built on a foundation of grace, respect, and the belief in the inherent dignity of every individual. I provide a supportive environment where we can work through the messiness together to build a life that aligns with your true values and goals.
I am Tara, a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a solid academic foundation in Communication and Social Work. I've worked with all types of people from across the globe. My therapeutic ethos revolves around empowering individuals through life's transitions, fostering growth, and igniting personal revolutions through psychotherapy. It is incredibly important to me that each person I meet walks away feeling heard and that they are one step closer to their life goal.
Before I worked as a counselor I worked as a technical writer and software tester, and then as a caseworker in social services. I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. All of those experiences I feel are helpful in working with clients from different backgrounds and perhaps in understanding that most of us want to find something meaningful in this life and often feel that we still don't know what our real calling.
I am a psychotherapist with the foremost goal of supporting people who are hurting and walk alongside those who desire to grow in their mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being. I offer an integrative approach to therapy balancing active listening, reflection, feedback, problem-solving, homework, and goal setting. I believe understanding our past experiences can help us better understand our present and the decisions we make.

Hello! I am Vanessa Martinez, a licensed professional counselor and certified perinatal mental health therapist in Cortez, Colorado. I have been a therapist for 4 years. I graduated in 2022 with my master's degree from Capella University. Since earning my Master's in Social Work in 2016, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My journey has taken me from child protective services and a mental health hospital in Colorado, to working with individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, and serving as a school social worker across all grade levels. Now, in Georgia, I balance my private practice with working as a clinician at a crisis center, helping those in mental health emergencies. My passion lies in guiding teenagers, adolescents, and young adults through life's transitions—whether it's school, work, or relationships—and helping them find their path forward.
I am a mental health therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the stressors that come with everyday responsibilities. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping you build practical tools you can use in your daily life.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps identify how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I also understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals.
As a first-generation Latina, I have a deep appreciation for how culture, family expectations, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. I strive to create a space where cultural identity is respected and understood, and where clients can openly explore how these influences impact their mental health and relationships.
My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that help you move toward the life you want. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you.
Please note that I do not provide treatment for eating disorders, substance use disorders (including alcohol), or any court-mandated cases.
Please note that I do not fill out FMLA paperwork, ESA paperwork, or any other legal documents unless 6 months of consistent therapy has been received. There is a separate fee for paperwork outside of the copay.
Welcome! Whether you are beginning your therapeutic journey for the first time or returning to continue your progress, I am so glad you’re here. I create a relaxed atmosphere with an informal, friendly communication style, allowing you to express yourself freely. I work alongside you, guiding and supporting your journey with an approach tailored to your needs, and your feedback is invaluable for productive sessions. In our sessions, you will find a compassionate and non-judgmental space where your thoughts and feelings are valued. My goal is to support you as we work together to uncover insights, develop coping strategies, and empower you to live the life you desire.
Please note, the first session you schedule will be a 30 minute "intake" appointment. This will serve as a consultation to evaluate our fitness as client and provider. Your insurance will not be billed and you will not be charged for this as it is not considered a clinical service. Thank you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, birth doula, yoga teacher, and professor with a passion for walking alongside people through life’s most complex seasons. My work is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a belief that healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
In my practice, I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, and supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and life transitions. I also work with clients facing chronic illness and the lingering impact of stress and anxiety. My integrative approach may include traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga-based techniques, and psychoeducation, tailored to fit your unique needs and goals.
Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you don’t have to “have it all together.” Instead, you’ll find space to process honestly, learn effective tools, and build resilience. Whether you are seeking short-term support or long-term healing, we’ll work together at your pace to create meaningful change.
Beyond the therapy room, I teach and mentor future social workers, which keeps me grounded in both current research and real-world practice. My experience as a doula and yoga teacher allows me to bring a holistic, nurturing lens to therapy that honors your strengths while addressing challenges.
Above all, I want you to know: you don’t have to walk this path alone. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to support you in finding your way forward.
Through compassion, connection, and humor, I help people to connect with themselves more deeply and change patterns that are no longer serving them. My name is Alessia and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I work with all clients from the ages of 13 to 60+. Everyone deserves to have a space to feel heard and supported. I'm a Marriage and Family therapist and my goals for my work with clients include establishing and maintaining a space of safety while empowering clients to take on challenges they encounter. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I approach therapy with a relational context in mind- even if you are showing up as an individual. I understand how systems impact us and contribute to stresses. As a therapist, I provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment for you to express yourself and help you navigate the challenges life presents.
I am Grant Marylander, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Grief Counselor, and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional practicing in Boulder, Colorado. My path to this work was not a straight one. I spent more than thirty years as an attorney before a close friend's terminal diagnosis changed everything. Sitting with him at the end of his life, I knew this was where I belonged, not in a courtroom, but in the hardest and most human moments people face. That conviction led me through palliative care, hospice grief counseling, and community mental health before I founded Share Your Grief.
I work with two groups of people who, in my experience, often have more in common than they might expect. The first are individuals navigating grief, not only the loss of a loved one, but any loss that has quietly unmade a life: a diagnosis, a divorce, a career, an identity. The second are high-functioning professionals whose outward success masks an internal exhaustion driven by anxiety, perfectionism, and the relentless pressure to be more and do better.
What I offer both groups is the same thing: a space where nothing they feel is too much, and a clinically grounded approach that goes beyond surface-level coping to address what is actually underneath.
The impact I hope to have is not simply symptom relief. It is transformation: helping clients move from surviving their pain to understanding it, and from understanding it to carrying it with greater ease, self-compassion, and clarity about what they value most. Grief and anxiety have a way of stripping life down to what matters. My job is to help you find your footing in that stripped-down place and rebuild from there.
