EMDR
This type of therapy uses bilateral stimulation to create neural pathways and reprocess memories.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS works with parts that developed through the client’s life to help them learn to love and accept the different parts of themselves
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT uses mindfulness, the Wise Mind, and meditation to calm racing thoughts and help themselves control and regulate their emotions.
