I have been licensed with my LCSW since May 2025 and focused my prior professional development around harm reduction and culturally focused treatment, aligning with my commitment to social justice and culturally responsive care.

Hello I'm Sonja — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in California. My path to this work wasn't a straight line and I think that makes me a better clinician. I started with a career in corrections in Arkansas, where I learned early on how to connect with people in difficult circumstances without judgment. That experience shaped how I show up in the therapy room to this day. I transitioned into mental health as a psychiatric technician, working directly with all age groups across inpatient and community settings; providing direct care, facilitating group therapy, and delivering individual therapy during my internship and later as a registered clinician with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. By the time I became fully licensed, I had accumulated nearly a decade of real-world clinical experience across some of the most demanding settings in behavioral health..
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 6 years of clinical experience treating individuals navigating life challenges, depression, anxiety, self esteem and relationship issues. I provide a warm and empathetic approach and have experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and underserved communities. Some modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help challenge negative thoughts and increase coping skills for stress management.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 12+ years of experience in Mental Health.
I specialize in working with adult women who experience anxiety, adjustment, burn-out, and relationship challenges. I utilize evidence-based treatment to facilitate mindset change and address self-limiting thoughts that prevent clients from feeling productive and fulfilled.
My goal is to provide clients with a safe therapeutic space to grow, heal, transition, and pivot into their purpose.

Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and explore strategies to help navigate life’s ups and downs. I’m excited to work with you and help you achieve the growth and change you're seeking. I look forward to meeting you!
Congratulations, starting the journey towards seeking help is one of the biggest step. Having trained in Holistic Therapy at Native American Health Center I have tremendous experience with trauma, anxiety, depression and treating addictive disorders.
In these communities I learned the importance of connecting with my clients on a deep interpersonal basis. I also learned that having a variety of effective techniques to reduce symptoms and problems was vitally effective once a solid relation was established.
As a strength based Psychologist, I strongly feel I can engage my client in the aspects of their life that are already most successful and utilize these tools to address their current problems. IF you think solution focused individual, couples or family therapy can benefit you currently, I believe I am the ideal therapist for you.

Hello,
My name is Elizabeth, and my pronouns are they/them/elle. I am a bicultural nonbinary therapist. I have the most experience working with neurodivergent clients, anxiety disorders, self-confidence issues, and challenges around gender and sexuality.
I use a very humanistic approach in my practice, and I am human with you in the room. You do not need to feel talked down to or be told what to do in therapy. You and I can work together instead, as I may be the expert in psychology, but you are the expert of your own life. You will be encouraged to use your own strengths to push through the hurdles and you can expect warmth from me throughout this process.
Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) currently based and practicing in Oregon, though with an active license in California as well. I attended California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) for graduate school and lived in the Bay Area for a decade before moving to Portland, OR shortly before the pandemic. I have over thirteen years of experience as a "generalist" therapist, though I specialize in supporting individuals in the midst of life transitions, including but not limited to: relationship challenges, moves to a new city or state, new or chronic medical diagnoses, career and work problems, spiritual questioning, transitions into the workforce or retirement. I do NOT work with couples at this time. While I consider the psychological theories behind my work, I hold them lightly in the room, believing most fundamentally in the importance of an adaptive, culturally-sensitive, non-judgmental stance with my clients.
PLEASE NOTE: your chosen intake appointment time is subject to my final approval based on my shifting availability. I see clients on multiple platforms and am unable to sync all of my calendars in real time. Following the initial appointment, we will find a mutually agreeable meeting time and I will manage the booking on the Grow platform going forward, including rescheduling and cancellations. You will need to message me directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I request the courtesy of as much advanced notice as possible. I am not able to work with clients who cancel without 24 hrs advanced notice or no show more than twice.
Hi! I believe that people are the experts in their lives and my job is to partner with you in moving towards how you would like to be living. There may be some things you already know are getting in the way or you may need some support in imaging what that another path could even look like. We all go through problems in life and sometimes problems get too big to see the other stories of who we are.
I am glad you are taking time to get to know me. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have my M.S. in clinical psychology from San Francisco State University and my undergrad in psychology from Purdue University. I have worked in San Francisco for seventeen years with multicultural families and individuals that have been in crisis. I have worked with a multitude of differing diagnosis and problems over this extensive period of time. I take such pride in helping families and individuals live a better life and obtain their desired goals. I am glad to have been around in my job long enough to have observed the positive results my contributions have made. I am passionate in wanting to help alleviate suffering and I stay determined in doing so.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience. I currently hold a role at Stanford Medicine. I previously served in various roles at local non-profits including Clinical Director. I have participated in academic research and have presented at various national conferences on the topic of mental health. I work from a trauma-informed and multi-theoretical perspective and value providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I support clients going through life transitions, people impacted by medical conditions, and healthcare workers. I provide psychotherapy as well as therapeutic yoga.

Hi, I’m Kristine Asatryan, LCSW.
Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes, you simply need a safe place to slow down, feel heard, and begin finding your way back to yourself.
My goal as a therapist is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, find balance, and create a life that feels more peaceful and fulfilling. My philosophy is simple: yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not promised, and today is where we have the opportunity to create change. Together, we’ll focus on the present, build greater self-awareness, and work toward meaningful changes that can lead to lasting growth.
I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you can be yourself and explore what you’re going through without fear of judgment. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling lost or emotionally exhausted, therapy can offer a path toward greater clarity, healing, and connection.
As a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, I understand how many roles we carry and how easy it can be to lose ourselves while caring for everyone and everything around us. My approach blends empathy, mindfulness, cultural sensitivity, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself and feel more grounded in your everyday life.
My work is guided by respect, kindness, love, family, service, and integrity—values that shape who I am both personally and professionally.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and find more confidence, calm, and purpose in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Sessions are scheduled on the hour (e.g., 3:00 PM), rather than on the half-hour (e.g., 3:30 PM). Thank you for your understanding as we continue improving our scheduling system.
Hi, I'm Darla, a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Outside of my practice, you can usually find me with my friends and family out on a hike, the beach or spending time with my dogs, which helps keep me grounded and connected to the human side of this work.

Hello! Thank you for reviewing the information for my online practice, Coleman Counseling. My name is Mrs. Michelle Coleman, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and helping individuals navigate life stressors. Over the years, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds who bring a wide range of concerns, and I remain passionate about supporting adults as they pursue growth and healing.
At Coleman Counseling, I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. Together, we will identify your strengths, set goals, and work toward creating meaningful, positive changes in your life.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who provides individual therapy using an eclectic framework. I know that therapy can be intimidating, especially when first seeking services. This process places you front and center in your own journey to healing and I am privileged to be able to walk alongside you as you take that step. I use various tools to assist you in reaching goals and help identify what works for you.
My work centers queer/trans, BIPOC, chronically ill or disabled, and other multiply marginalized clients navigating individual, interpersonal, and intergenerational trauma shaped by systemic violence and survival within inequitable conditions. I am deeply inspired by Black feminist sci-fi writer Octavia E. Butler, whose storytelling shaped my belief that healing is a practice of imagining and building ways of living beyond forces that dominate, dehumanize, and disconnect, such as white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism. My therapeutic approach is relational and depth-oriented, influenced by abolition and disability justice, which reject punitive mindsets, value every body, and attend to how systemic forces shape our internal worlds, relationships and sense of self.
I seek to support this work by gently uncovering coping strategies that were once necessary for survival but may no longer align with who you are becoming or how you want to relate to yourself and others. This approach resonates with people seeking honest self-reflection, emotional accountability, ongoing exploration and deeper self-understanding.
