In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool to help you tap into your inner strengths and resiliency, process experiences, and achieve healing and personal growth. The first session is your chance to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I encourage my clients to be open, and to allow themselves to be vulnerable. Mine is a supportive role, and we will work collaboratively to assist you in developing deeper insights into what you already know, in order to reach your goals.

I just had my first session with Chris, and I honestly feel seen, heard, and respected—for the first time in a long time. He was incredibly understanding, non-judgmental, and patient as I shared parts of my story that are difficult to talk about. He listened with empathy and made me feel safe. Most importantly, he took action and is submitting my housing referral without hesitation or bias. That kind of support means everything right now. I’m so grateful to have him in my corner.
