Hi! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Gallaudet University. I am fluent in American Sign Language. I would describe my own as warm, caring, non-judgmental, compassionate, sensitive, respectful, knowledgeable, experienced and committed. I’ve been using CBT in my practice. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life

I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to face challenges and move forward—whether the obstacle is in life, relationships, or work. Together, we find ways to get unstuck and create meaningful change.
I create a space of safety and trust, encouraging an authentic therapeutic relationship to naturally develop. I will provide a space for you to navigate the process of changing unhelpful thoughts and developing tools that will allow you to manage the day to day stress of everyday living. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
In using Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients address current challenges and develop practical coping tools, I emphasize creating change by focusing on solutions rather than problems. I also use direct, supportive techniques to guide clients toward progress and growth.
