Life is challenging and can be full of suffering but finding liberation from suffering is always available to us. I'm here to support you through your journey. Acknowledging the highs and lows of life is where we can begin to support your inner self. For the last 7 years, I have been helping clients heal from diverse mental health challenges. I use a combination of cognitive/behavioral tools, energy healing techniques, and mindfulness to empower clients. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy because not one size treatment model fits all. I strive to create a safe, nourishing, and comfortable space where you can feel seen. I validate, understand, and challenge my clients to build awareness and learn tools to transform their lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is very casual. I want to understand your needs and get to know you. I like to understand client's motivation for therapy and to create a plan of action together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is creating a safe space for my clients to process, share, challenge, grow and heal with me. I love teaching clients practical skills such as mindfulness tools, breathing exercises, communication tools, CBT and DBT skills, etc. that can help them move through life with more ease.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with adults, young professionals, couples, and anyone ages 18 and older who are eager to heal and grow!

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use the four main focuses in DBT: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to teach clients practical skills they can use to improve and enrich their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help clients understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions and behavior to help them better manage their emotions and live a fulfilled, purposeful life.

Trauma Informed Care

I help clients understand how trauma has impacted their brains and their lives. I support clients to process trauma, healing tools to work through trauma, while creating a safe space to empower clients.
