I am a passionate, licensed therapist and have spent over 7 years working with hundreds of clients with diverse mental health challenges. I use a combination of cognitive/behavioral tools, energy healing techniques, and mindfulness to empower clients to change and heal. I bring a holistic approach to therapy because not one size treatment model fits all. I help my clients heal, transform and inspire others to do the same.
The first session is to get to know you better. I want to understand your needs and your main focus in choosing therapy, what your experience has been like in therapy and to create a plan of action together.
My greatest strength is creating a safe space and container for my clients to process, share, challenge, grow and heal with me. I love teaching clients practical skills such as mindfulness tools, breathing exercises, communication tools, CBT and DBT skills, etc. that can help them clients transform their lives and work through whatever they are going through in life.
I love working with adults, young professionals, couples, and anyone ages 18 and older are eager to heal and grow!
I use the four main focuses in DBT: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to teach clients practical skills they can use to improve and enrich their lives.

I help clients understand how trauma has impacted their brains and their lives. I support clients to process trauma, healing tools to work through trauma, while creating a safe space to empower clients.
