My approach to therapy is modern, collaborative, and relaxed. I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and free of judgment—where you can show up as you are. I integrate culturally responsive, evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Adulthood can bring significant pressure and change, and it’s common to feel overwhelmed or isolated at times. Whether you’re a young woman navigating dating and self-worth, a college student adjusting to academic and life transitions, or an adult managing the demands of work and relationships, I understand how complex these experiences can feel. I believe therapy should be both empowering and practical. Halie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals navigating complex trauma, PTSD, OCD-related symptoms, and relationship challenges. She takes a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, integrating EMDR, CBT, and relational work to help clients build safety, insight, and effective coping skills. Through therapy, she helps clients reduce distress, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with a sense of control and meaning in their lives.
I’ve been working with individuals for nearly 20 years, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: none of us are meant to do this alone.
Sitting one-on-one with someone as they untangle their story is work I don’t take lightly. It’s an honor. Over the years, I’ve supported people through burnout, transitions, grief, relationship shifts, identity questions, and those quieter seasons where you just know something needs to change, even if you can’t name it yet.
I also have advanced training in trauma and ADHD, which means I understand how deeply our nervous systems, past experiences, and unique wiring shape the way we move through the world. Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma or trying to make sense of an ADHD brain in a world that doesn’t always accommodate it, we’ll approach your work with both compassion and practical insight.
Individual therapy is powerful. There is something sacred about having a space that is entirely yours — where you don’t have to perform, hold it together, or take care of anyone else. I also believe people need people and that is why I lead women's groups and retreats as well.
At the heart of my work is the belief that we’re all just trying to get home — home to ourselves. Home to steadiness, clarity, belonging, and alignment. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with that place inside you that already knows the way.
I have 23 years of experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I'm privileged to have worked with a multitude of cultures, communities and organizations aimed to address both personal and environmental stressors which lead to unique feelings and responses. I provide coping skills to manage anger behaviors that arise from life events, relationships and traumas. I provide therapeutic homework which allows you to practice independently the skills that are taught in therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families who have been impacted by trauma, major life changes, relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and substance use. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—I believe healing happens when you feel safe, supported, and truly understood.
I use a combination of evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs, including cognitive and behavioral tools, motivational work, trauma-informed practices, and mind–body techniques. My goal is always to meet you where you are, help you feel grounded, and empower you with practical skills that create real change in your life.
I’m passionate about helping people build resilience, strengthen self-worth, and move toward the version of themselves they want to be. If you’re looking for a safe and supportive space to work through what you’re facing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Congratulations on taking steps to better yourself. My name is Vincent, and I'm a licensed therapist based in California with over 20 years of experience. If you are ready for positive change, then let’s begin the journey. I've helped everyone from high school teens to older adults overcome life challenges and gain a better understanding of their situation. I bring a wealth of experience and I'm here to support you.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.
I work with high functioning individuals experiencing burnout, anxiety, and a lack of professional/personal balance.
I approach therapy collaboratively and from a relational perspective. Simply put, I meet people where they are and from there, we work together to discover solutions that work by utilizing evidence-based tools from a variety of approaches (CBT, ACT, EMDR, polyvagal theory).
My personal style is compassionate, grounded in authentic connection, and infused with warmth and humor.
I have been a licensed therapist for 19 years. I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic relationship is formed in a collaboration between myself and my clients in an environment of mutual acceptance and respect. In addition to my education, training and experience as a therapist I rely on my innate skills as an active listener, my good memory and genuine caring to guide me in my approach to therapy.

Working with individuals as well as parents and couples is rewarding and fostering change for healthier relationships is truly beautiful.

Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. With a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families to navigate the complexities of relationships and personal growth, I've dedicated my career to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where my clients can explore challenges, heal, and thrive. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep commitment to understanding each client's unique dynamics and strengths. Whether addressing communication issues, conflict resolution, emotional intimacy, or personal development, I aim to empower my clients to achieve greater harmony, understanding, and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
I am a licensed therapist (LMFT #140975, LPCC #17040), Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
I believe healing can take place when all parts of the self are welcome to sit at the table. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I help clients understand and work directly with their nervous system, building resilience and a felt sense of safety that supports deeper emotional and relational work. This approach can help people dealing with a variety of things such as relationships, complex trauma, PTSD, ADHD, mild to moderate Traumatic Brain Injury, life transitions, optimization of strengths, increasing tolerance for ease/presence, chronic stress, self-image concerns, anxiety, depression, pain management, and more.
I also bring a deep understanding of brain-based differences, including the impacts of trauma and cognitive diversity on the sense of self and relationships. I approach this with a strengths-based, neuro-affirming lens. Rather than viewing individual differences as deficits or damage, I honor the adaptive intelligence of the brain and the ways it reorganizes in response to experience. My goal is not to “fix" neurodivergence, but to help individuals build self-understanding and make space for changes that are important to them.
My work is marked by the integration of mind and body. Therapy with me is not about eliminating parts of you. It is about helping all parts feel heard, understood, and organized in a way that allows you to move forward with greater clarity and an embodied sense of peace.
