About me

I show up with a steady presence. I believe in each person's ability to rise, and I walk beside you as you rediscover your strength, your purpose, and the parts of yourself that were lost or waiting to be seen.. I meet you where you are and my approach is gentle but grounded. I enjoy helping others create a life that feels meaningful.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my focus is making sure you feel heard and seen. We’ll talk about what brought you here and what you’ve been carrying, at a pace that feels right for you. We will explore what gives you a sense of purpose and what support would feel meaningful. My hope is that you leave our first meeting feeling understood, grounded, and hopeful about the path we’re beginning together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My intention is to help you feel safe and brave enough to grow. I’m warm, compassionate, and not afraid to use humor to lighten the heaviness life can bring. I gently challenge clients to step out of their comfort zone and reach their highest potential.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients who are curious about themselves and open to growing, even if they’re not sure where to begin. You might be navigating depression, anxiety, addiction, or struggles with self‑esteem — or simply feeling disconnected from your purpose. What matters most is your willingness to explore, to be honest, and to take small steps toward becoming who you’re meant to be. I’m here to offer softness, humor, and hope while gently challenging you to stretch beyond old patterns and rise into your highest potential.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

I use CBT and psychodynamic therapy in a gentle, practical way. Together, we slow down difficult moments, notice the thoughts that show up, and explore how those thoughts shape feelings and decisions. I use psychodynamic therapy to help you understand the deeper emotional patterns that shape your life, the ones that quietly influence how you feel, how you show up in relationships, and how you see yourself. Together, we slow down and gently explore where these patterns come from. In our work, you’ll have space to be fully seen and heard. As you begin to understand these patterns with compassion, you’ll also begin to loosen their grip. This approach is about reclaiming your power in the present. With insight, warmth, and steady support, I'll help you build new ways of relating to yourself and others. To learn to trust your voice, honor your emotions, and step into a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and authentic.
