I have been practicing in the fields of trauma healing, addiction, grief and life transitions for over thirty years. I began my work with the Visiting Nurses Association in Hospice programs educating clinicians on understanding the process of grief and the life transition facing those left behind. I began working with addiction and sobriety, and am the co-founder of an intensive outpatient program treating co-ocurring disorders. I also became the Clinical Director of a somatic trauma healing intensive outpatient program where I had the pleasure to run the program but also supervise the brilliant therapists treating our clients. I have always incorporate my extensive knowledge of trauma healing with those who have been using maladaptive behaviors to try unsuccessfully to manage tremendous pain. The underlying pain requires gentle, holistic attention to move through the process, to make changes in the neural pathways and allow the client to begin a true healing process.
I am excited to be back in private practice where I can devote my time in helping my clients make the changes necessary to have a more fulfilling and healthier life.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who provides individual therapy, couples, and family therapy. I work with people from all cultural backgrounds. My job is to make you feel safe and comfortable in the therapy process and I always welcome feedback. Some of my specialties include working with people who are seeking support for depression, anxiety, ADHD, marital issues, transgenerational trauma, grief, and more. I identify as a Latino transgender man who takes pride in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I grew up in Venice and Santa Monica for most of my life and dedicated it to playing sports, cooking, and connecting with people. I received a master’s degree in clinical psychology with a Marriage and Family Therapy emphasis and a B.A. in Psychology at UC Merced. I have worked with children, adolescent individuals, and older adults for the last 8 years. In addition to working for Grow, I currently work in community mental health to help the Latino community destigmatize mental health and heal from their traumas.
My approach is to use authenticity and openness to build a relationship based on trust and respect. I genuinely care about what has gotten you to this point and I want to help you process through whatever in life is causing you distress. I believe in meeting you where you are.
I have a strong background in working with those struggling with anxiety, grief, and bereavement. The majority of my career has been working in medical settings helping individuals and families with chronic and complex illnesses or recent traumas. I have experience in working with loss- of a loved one, of self- identity, of hope in the future. I am here to help you cope, set healthy boundaries, and improve your sense of self compassion.
My goal is to provide a safe space to help my clients process whatever in life is causing you distress and together build a foundation to help you navigate both now and in the future.

Often times when we are struggling, we believe we have to take everything on by ourselves. This can leave us feeling burnt out, frustrated, and resentful. Let's change that. I want to help you feel fulfilled, confident, and understood in your life. I am deeply committed to empowering adults and enhancing their self-awareness to foster personal growth and well-being. My hope is to support you on your own unique path so you feel in control of your life and connected to who YOU are.
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I’m a bilingual, first-generation Latina and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy is a place to feel understood, gain clarity, and reconnect with your strengths. My practice offers a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, build practical tools, and create meaningful change that supports the life and relationships you want.
If you're considering therapy, chances are you're carrying something that feels heavy, and you're looking for someone who can help you make sense of it. Change requires courage, self-awareness, and a willingness to try something different - when people are motivated and can learn healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking/feeling, meaningful growth is possible. As a therapist, I am warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, even when you're talking about the parts of your life that feel messy, painful, or difficult to understand. Clients often tell me they appreciate my sense of humor, my kindness, and my ability to challenge them in a way that feels supportive rather than confrontational. I believe therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. Some of our work may be serious, but I also believe healing can happen in moments of connection, insight, and even laughter. My role is not to tell you what to do or who to be. Instead, I work alongside you to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for change, and help you move toward the life you want to create. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-worth, or navigating a difficult season of life, I will meet you where you are and support you in taking the next step forward.
Hi! I’m a LMFT licensed in CA. I graduated from Old Dominion University in 2010 and have since enjoyed working with clients in both private practice and various agencies. Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I work with men and women who want to feel better about themselves, navigate life's ups and downs, and continue growing into the person they want to be. Whether you're struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment.
My approach is relaxed, collaborative, and down-to-earth, blending CBT, DBT, supportive therapy, and humanistic principles to help you gain insight, build practical skills, and create meaningful change.
I’m Moses, a clinical social worker with a doctorate in psychology who provides clear, compassionate, and practical therapy. My work helps people understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and make meaningful, sustainable change. I focus on creating a grounded, supportive space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to move toward the life they want.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, supported, and challenged to grow. I take a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, helping clients develop practical skills that create lasting change rather than temporary relief. Together, we will address the root of what it is that you are experiencing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, or feeling stuck, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you there and build a plan that helps you move forward with confidence.
I’m a psychotherapist and LCSW with a PhD from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. I spent more than 10 years teaching & conducting mental health research before focusing fully on clinical work, and I’ve provided psychotherapy in settings ranging from outpatient to inpatient care. I work with adults, including older adults, and specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and stress (including religious trauma), substance use, existential issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, and men’s issues. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Welcome! I'm Mia Grajeda-Willard, LCSW. I am the proud spouse of a Marine Corp. veteran and the granddaughter of a World War II veteran. These amazing humans are proud of their military service and the legacy it provides their families for generations to come. While that is true, what is also true is that transitioning from military life back to civilian life was a struggle for them, as I know it is for many veterans and their families.
I have committed my career to serving those who served this country by walking alongside veterans, and their family members to affirm their identity, transition back to civilian life, heal from painful traumas, and reconcile ruptures in relationships that may have resulted in challenges from military life or pre-military childhood upbringings.
You’ve spent a long time being the strong one, showing up for everyone else while quietly carrying more than anyone realizes. Maybe anxiety has crept into corners of your life it didn’t used to touch. Maybe grief or a difficult season has left you feeling stuck, disconnected from the person you used to be. You’re not broken. You’re responding to real things that happened to you, and there’s a path through it.
I’ve been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2006, and have been working in private practice since 2020. EMDR has become the heart of my work because I’ve watched it help people move past pain that talk therapy alone couldn’t touch. Alongside that, I draw on cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, and mindfulness approaches, always centered on your strengths, not just your struggles.
My style is personal and collaborative. We build a plan around who you actually are, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. You’ll always be met with dignity, respect, and compassion, and you’ll never be treated as a diagnosis or a problem to fix.
This work isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about getting back to yourself, steadier, clearer, and no longer at the mercy of what happened before.

Some examples include outpatient/inpatient care, hospice, the prison system, and the education system.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with three years of experience helping people navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and the challenges that come with life. Together, we can explore what may be keeping you stuck, better understand yourself, and work toward meaningful change in a way that feels authentic to you.

Hello! My name is Mackenzie Maurer and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been working as a clinical therapist since 2017. I graduated with my MSW from Cal State University, Los Angeles and became licensed in 2021. I became a social worker because it aligned well with my belief in social justice and working as a therapist has only strengthened this belief. I am lucky to really love what I do and I feel honored to get to witness my clients' growth in the therapeutic process.
Hello and Welcome! I’m grateful you’re here and choosing to prioritize yourself, even if it didn’t feel easy to take this step. A little bit about me: I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 16 years of clinical experience working with people across a wide range of life challenges from anxiety, depression, and chronic stress to relationship struggles, health issues, chronic illness or pain, life transitions, parenting pressures, and trauma recovery. I’ve supported clients in individual, couples, family, and group settings. Many of the clients I work with are used to being the strong one, the one that holds everything together for everyone else... but who don’t often have space to tend to their own needs.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down enough to understand what’s been weighing on you and why sometimes it feels so hard to move forward. Therapy with me is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, steady, and confident in your day-to-day life. We’ll work on quieting the critical inner voice, easing anxiety and stress, and creating space for choices that feel more aligned with who you are and what you need right now.
If you’re ready for support that feels warm, thoughtful, and real... and a place where you don’t have to hold everything together... I’d be honored to walk alongside you :)
I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere and understand that “one size does not fit all." I'll do my best to meet you where you are and really get to know you and your specific concerns. I treat the whole person to maximize growth.
Do you feel like your 'fight-or-flight' response is stuck on high? I specialize in helping clients understand the unique wiring of ADHD, depressed, and anxious brains. By exploring the science of why you feel so restless, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, we can separate your worth from your symptoms. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it, using evidence-based techniques that actually click for your unique mind.
Therapy shouldn't be another place where you have to perform. In our sessions, fidgeting is encouraged, eye contact is optional, and your unique way of processing the world is celebrated, not 'fixed.' I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults with ADHD and anxiety to unmask and find balance. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths to help you navigate a world that wasn't exactly built for minds like yours.
If you're tired of feeling like your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open, you’re in the right place. I help individuals with ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety and more move from 'overwhelmed' to 'organized' by building practical toolkits for time management and focus. We won't just talk about your challenges, we'll actively troubleshoot the obstacles keeping you stuck so you can feel more in control of your day-to-day life.
Hi, I'm Sarah. My great passion is to help my clients heal themselves. I act as a guide for my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. My holistic approach aims to heal my client’s mind, body and spirit while empowering them to connect with themselves and enhance self-love. I am open-minded and utilize different therapeutic approaches to offer the best results. My educational background is diverse and includes a MA in Psychology as well as a MA in Art History. I am also a Reiki Master.
Many of the struggles we experience as adults, whether in our relationships, our confidence, or our sense of purpose, begin with beliefs we formed long ago about ourselves and the world. While those beliefs may have helped us navigate earlier seasons of life, they can quietly keep us confused, disconnected, and living as someone we’ve learned to be rather than who we truly are.
I believe therapy is an opportunity to gently uncover those patterns, heal the wounds beneath them, and reconnect with your authentic self. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling that something no longer fits, our work together is focused on creating meaningful, lasting change, not just managing symptoms.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply integrative, combining insight-oriented psychotherapy with practical, future-focused tools that help clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
Hi, I’m Cynthia.
These are tough times, and many people are struggling. If you’re anxious, down, or facing life transitions or relationship issues, I’ll help you process it all, build coping strategies, and move toward the life you want. As a first-gen Latina, I understand issues around cultural identity, bias and assimilation.
Please note: I don’t specialize in eating disorders, trauma, autism or substance use. Telehealth is not an adequate platform for working with suicidality. If you are suicidal, you can call 911 for the police, 988 for the national suicide hotline, or go to the nearest hospital.
Hello! My name is Jessica Canada-Rudolph and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my Master's degree from Alliant University and have been practicing for 6 years. I love what I do! I am here to help with things from decreasing anxiety symptoms to improving communication. As an LMFT, I can be a neutral ear to listen with compassion and help you discover your solutions! ** Please note that AI note taking is an integral part of my practice. This is a tool that not only helps me be present in session, it gives you a summary of what was discussed and I make certain to remove any proper nouns, if needed, before the note is saved. If you do not prefer AI note taking during sessions, please consider services with any of the other, wonderful Grow Therapy providers **
Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I'm here to support you through life's challenges with care, understanding, and a collaborative approach. I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or emotionally drained due to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Many of the clients I work with are balancing multiple responsibilities and are looking for a space where they feel understood while also gaining tools to move forward and improve their relationships with others and themselves.
I understand starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard and genuinely supported. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing on you, make sense of patterns that may be limiting you, and begin building practical tools to help you feel more balanced and in control of your life journey. I use evidence-based approaches and incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you stay present, build self-awareness, and manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, focused on helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more in control of your emotions and daily life. Together, we can work toward improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and creating more balanced fulfilling relationships.
Overtime, my goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and equipped to handle challenges in a way that aligns with your values. You don't have to go through this alone, meaningful change is possible, and I'd be honored to support you along the way.
Hello! I love meeting people where they are, and helping them transition to their next best thing. Whether it be transitioning from college to adult life, or perimenopause ladies rocking into their next best self, I love being there to support when you're unsure and to reflect and help processing things that just aren't making sense...yet! Transitions can make us anxious for trying something new, or depressed from letting something go. I am there as a calm and positive force for you to springboard into what's next, while honoring and holding on to what still is a part of the YOU you are growing into!
I’m a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. With experience across mental health, education, and community settings, I bring both clinical knowledge and a real-world perspective to therapy. I work best with clients who want a supportive space to process life honestly, gain deeper insight, and develop practical tools to create healthier relationships, greater confidence, and a more fulfilling life.
"You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
-A.A. Milne
We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change.
I began my working career as an EMT in pre-hospital and Emergency Room settings. The desire to further my education and better serve my community led me to pursue becoming an LMFT. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandman University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University. I have additional training and experience in Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base and have worked in both residential treatment and clinical settings.
I have four sons and two grandchildren. In my off time I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, and attending baseball games with my husband of 25 years.
Welcome! If you are struggling with daily stressors, the state of the world or traumatic experiences, I welcome you to contact me to explore how I can support and help in your healing.
Therapy is a space dedicated to exploring your life and mind with the hope of something brighter and lighter. It is to alleviate that tension that may have been weighing you down for some time.
I see the therapeutic space as a puzzle that begins with the pieces you put on the table but slowly comes together, through our work, to see the final clearer image. As your therapist, I will help empower and guide you towards unlocking tools to improve your mental well-being.

I’m Allan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy—especially for kids—doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch talking about feelings for 50 minutes. Sometimes the best conversations happen over LEGOs, games, art, play, or while doing something that makes it easier to simply be yourself. Online, it could mean processing trauma, playing online therapeutic games with children (or adults if you want to).
I especially enjoy working with children and teens, including kids who are anxious, overwhelmed, navigating trauma, struggling with big emotions or behaviors, or having a hard time putting what’s happening inside into words. I use play, creativity, humor, and evidence-based approaches to build connection and help kids develop skills without therapy feeling like another place where adults are telling them what to do.
I also work with adults navigating trauma, mood concerns, relationships, identity, major life changes, and life’s more complicated chapters. My style is warm, humorous, direct, and genuinely human. I draw from DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play-based interventions, Theraplay-informed practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting therapy to the person in front of me rather than expecting them to adapt to therapy.
My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatry, juvenile justice, child welfare, family services, and community mental health, so I’m comfortable working with both everyday struggles and situations that feel especially complicated.
Whether we meet in my Eureka office or online, my goal is to create a space where you—or your child—feel safe, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse affirming and neurodiversity-affirming.

My name is Ana Hernandez. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with three years of experience helping clients navigate life's most difficult moments. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy to meet each person where they are. I believe that everyone carries a story about who they are, and they are capable of -sometimes that story gets stuck; it gets weighed down by pain, anxiety, trauma, marital conflicts, and life transitions. Together, we'll gently unpack the story, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and rebuild the relationships and inner narrative that help you thrive.
Whether you are an adult navigating stress, anxiety, or life transitions, or a couple navigating lack of connection and trust, or a family struggling, my approach is collaborative, warm, and tailored to you:
Narrative Therapy- helping you separate yourself from your problems to rewrite your story with agency and hope.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- practical tools to identify and reshape thought patterns that hold you back
Interpersonal Therapy- strengthening relationships and communication that support your wellbeing
My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with real tools for lasting change.
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, fluent in both English and Spanish. With over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in crisis intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and anxiety management. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including urgent care environments, where I have provided care to individuals in acute crises.
Reaching out for therapy can often be a difficult and vulnerable step, but by doing so, you have already made a positive commitment to improving your mental health and well-being. My goal is to assist you in regaining control of your mental health by offering a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic space.
I believe that effective therapy is a partnership between clinician and client, and I am dedicated to working with you as part of your team, guiding and supporting you as you work toward your goals. Together, we can create a plan that empowers you to achieve lasting personal growth and well-being.
