Hi I am Anahi Arias a bilingual (English/Spanish) LMFT. I am so glad you are here! It can be challenging to begin the journey toward self-discovery and personal growth. Together we can work to find what is missing in yourself or your relationships to get you to a balanced place that allows you to feel empowered and fulfilled. Whether you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or difficulty adapting to a new transition in your life we will work together to build helpful and practical coping skills that can create lasting transformation. I enjoy mixing humor and compassion to ease the pain of healing and foster growth. I pride myself in providing a safe space to do the vulnerable work together and ensure you feel challenged, cared for, and supported. In our sessions together I will meet you with evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. I look forward to working with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and begin diving into specific challenges you're facing and seek to work through.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a customized blend of modalities including Cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, and strength-based therapy to maximize the benefits of therapy and customize treatment for each individual client. I have also completed training in Emotion-Focused therapy and perinatal mental health to better serve families/couples and clients who are pregnant and postpartum.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, I have honed several strengths that I believe greatly contribute to the positive outcomes of my clients' journeys. My empathetic nature allows me to deeply connect with individuals and create a safe and nonjudgmental space where they can express themselves freely. This empathy forms the foundation of trust, essential for fostering a strong therapeutic alliance.
