My name is Elizabeth Garcia, and I am a proud first-generation Latina with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they heal from trauma, navigate parenting challenges, manage anxiety, and adjust to life’s many transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting those who are breaking generational cycles. Many of us were raised to survive, not always to heal. Choosing a different path takes courage, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they process their experiences, rediscover their strengths, and create healthier relationships with themselves and their loved ones. Together, we can build a future rooted in healing, resilience, and hope, for you and for the generations that follow. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard and supported.

Hello, I’m Vitus Onusuru, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California practicing since 2018. I serve individuals, couples, and families who are navigating relationship challenges, communication barriers, parenting stress, and transitions that affect overall well-being. With unconditional regard for every client and a deep sense of compassion, I help you feel seen, heard, and understood, so you can move toward healthier dynamics, stronger connections, and lasting change.
What sets my work apart: culturally sensitive care that respects where you’re coming from, collaborative goal-setting, and evidence-based strategies drawn from systems, attachment, and mindfulness-informed approaches. I’ll walk beside you with warmth, respect, and practical tools you can apply in daily life—whether you’re repairing a relationship, improving parenting, or seeking personal growth.
Beyond therapy, I value curiosity, travel, adventure, fashion, and family, which informs a humane, client-centered approach that honors your unique background and life story. If you’re ready to embark on a journey toward more fulfilling relationships and a more resilient you, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Life can pull us into a whirlwind—whether through a major life event, trauma, or a quiet inner nudge that something needs to change or be rediscovered. Each of us experiences and responds to these moments in our own unique way. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you and support you through your personal journey of healing, growth, and meaningful change.
Welcome! Seeking help and support is a huge first step that can be scary and I am honored to be considered to join you along your journey of healing, self-improvement, and working towards achieving your goals. I have worked in mental health for 19 years and have experience working in residential treatment centers, homeless shelters, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, juvi, jails, prisons, ERs, County crisis work, and private practice settings providing individual and group therapy in person and now virtually. I earned my Master's Degree in Marriage, Couple, Family, and Child Counseling at CSUS with my undergraduate degree in Psychology.
Welcome! I'm sure that you, too, have noticed we live in an increasingly isolated world in which we are convinced on all sides that connection, meaning, and value can be shipped, swiped-on, liked, and plugged into. Social Media's benefits have allowed for unprecedented world-wide connection, but often at the cost of the life experiences that cultivate self-knowledge, character, confidence, and purpose. This leaves many people feeling paradoxically lonely, anxious, depressed, and without a sense of self, meaning, or direction. The therapeutic space and relationship can be a wonderful place to explore what's missing or out of balance in your life. If this resonates with you, my practice may be able to address what you're looking for. With all its flaws, one reason I love the internet is that it has allowed me to collect wisdom from all over the world that helps all of us understand ourselves better. In sessions, I like to find a balance between exploring what's on your mind/heart (openly holding space and following where the conversation leads us) and offering relevant tools and empowering concepts. I've often heard something like, "Thank you for not just asking 'how do you feel about that?' and helping me feel like there's something I can do this week to feel better."
Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and furthered my education at Antioch University Los Angeles, where I obtained a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I’ve had the privilege of working with different demographics in a range of therapeutic environments. I’ve worked with teens in the high school setting, with individuals struggling with substance abuse and eating disorders, as well as patients with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, toxic relationships, and co-dependency.
I generally combine the use of both humanistic and client-centered psychotherapy in my work. With that said, I tailor my services to each client and their clinical needs. While accompanying my clients on their journey of change and growth, I provide them with unconditional compassion and acceptance. My goal is to cultivate an authentic human connection with my clients by creating a safe and comfortable space to explore, promoting growth, and facilitating change.
Have you been told you're "too nice" or "too sensitive" or "too much"?
Hi there, I'm Auria. I specialize in combatting: people-pleasing, anxious attachment, perfectionism, negative self-talk, and "shrinking" self for others.
We will use our time in therapy to work through what has been holding you back, causing your anxieties, and making you feel less than your worth. Our therapy sessions will incorporate healing past traumas alongside accomplishing present goals. We will focus on self-care, mental well-being, and emotional awareness. I will help you get to the root of the issue and then focus on what can be changed, controlled, or accepted. We'll set small, step-by-step goals that lead to significant change. I ensure my clients learn to successfully and confidently manage the things that initially seemed like a struggle or insecurity.

Hello, I'm Samantha a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to adolescents and adults throughout California and Oregon. I specialize in supporting clients who are managing stress, navigating life transitions, and coping with anxiety.
Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re adjusting to a new role, facing uncertainty, or dealing with persistent worry. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe therapy works best as a partnership—one where your voice is valued and your experiences are respected. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can show up as your authentic self. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and build the confidence needed to move forward with intention. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating space to grow, heal, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

Hello and welcome!
My name is Cristina. I specialize in treating trauma and have used evidenced based modalities, such as EMDR to treat trauma related symptoms. I am in the process of obtaining my perinatal mental health certification through PSI (Postpartum Support International). I approach mental health as holistically as possible, exploring components of the mind, body and spirit to address healing. I like to work with you collaboratively to create goals and explore which areas of healing are necessary for you. I take a client-based approach and aim to make the space feel safe and a place where you feel comfortable to open up and share.
We all deserve to feel seen and heard, and I hope that is your experience with me!
I look forward to meeting you!
Currently not accepting couples, fully accepting you! I work exclusively with adults in individual therapy.
If you’ve been stuck in the endless therapist scroll, trying to figure out who actually feels safe, relatable, and honest enough to open up to... welcome!
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Iowa with an emphasis in mental health. This background allows me to approach your concerns with a holistic and informed perspective.
Many of the people I work with are carrying anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, identity exploration, burnout, anger, shame, grief, or the pressure of always having to “hold it together.” Some feel disconnected from themselves. Others are tired of surviving and want to start living more intentionally.
My approach is warm, grounded, direct, and deeply human. Therapy with me is not about analyzing you from a distance or pretending to have all the answers. It is a collaborative space where you can slow down, speak honestly, make sense of your experiences, and begin responding to yourself and your life differently.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I balance compassion with honesty. I will support you, challenge you when needed, and help you notice patterns that may no longer serve you without judgment or shame.
I work best with clients who are open to reflection, ready for meaningful change, and willing to engage in the process at their own pace. If you’re looking for a therapist who feels authentic, conversational, and intentional in the work, we may be a good fit.
In the field since 1994, licensed since 2001, I spent the first 10 years working with seniors, even leading a bereavement group where we had a relationship and marriage bloom between two of the participants. Since then, I've worked with adults of all ages, many of whom are at a crossroads in some area of their life. My style is eclectic, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people learn the skills that can help them function better on a day to day basis as they deal with the impact of life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and communication issues.
I am an integrative therapist who specializes in working with adults and couples, focusing on empathy, connection, and communication to help restore bids for connection. I provide client-centered care to those navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, crises, and other hardships. My approach emphasizes strong therapeutic relationships, creative problem-solving, and compassionate support to help clients clarify their goals, work through challenges, and create meaningful change.
I specialize in helping adults recover from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic anxiety, and the lasting effects of complex trauma. My approach is active, collaborative, and recovery-focused. My goal is not simply to help you feel better during our sessions, but to help you build the skills and confidence to live your life with greater freedom outside of therapy.
For clients struggling with OCD and anxiety, I use evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help reduce fear, break unhelpful patterns, and develop lasting resilience.
For those recovering from complex trauma, I help clients strengthen their "inner adult," process emotions that may not have felt safe to express in the past, and create a life that is guided by values rather than survival.
Therapy with me is an active process. Together we'll identify meaningful goals, practice practical skills, and take manageable steps toward lasting change. Recovery takes courage and commitment, but healing is possible. My role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based tools while empowering you to become increasingly confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
If you're ready to do the work of recovery and build a life that feels bigger than anxiety, fear, or past experiences, I'd be honored to work with you.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and have been providing clinical services in the community to individuals of all ages for the past 13+ years. Hello, my name is Michael Chavez, LCSW, and I provide individual therapy to adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, work related stress, and relationship issues. I understand how tough life can be. Before I became a therapist, I went through my own challenges — unhoused, unemployed, and struggling with substance use. Getting sober and working my way through college wasn’t easy, but it shaped the way I show up for others now: with understanding, patience, and zero judgment.
Hi, I'm Eliana.
I received my M.S. in Counseling at California State University, Los Angeles. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014.
I began my professional career working in both outpatient and school-based services with children, adolescence, and parents. For the last 5 years I have been working with adults (18+) through telehealth. I have been able to demonstrate true compassion, dedication to clients’ well-being, and outstanding work ethic. I am also bilingual in Spanish and have been able to offer services to a diverse population.
My approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, affirming, culturally and trauma informed, and grounded in the present moment. My commitment to you is to provide a safe space to explore, heal, and integrate your unique identities. At the same time, we'll develop research based, practical skills that you can immediately apply to enhance your daily life.
I know how challenging it can be to take the first step toward seeking help. As an experienced clinician, I'm here to validate, support, and accompany you through this journey. Together, we will create a personalized plan to help navigate the challenges and foster strength and resilience. (Hago sesiones de terapia en inglés y español).
I’m a licensed psychologist who believes therapy works best when it feels real, hopeful, and sometimes even a little fun. For more than six years, I’ve helped teens, adults, and families heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with what matters most. I support meaningful change in a safe, compassionate space. I bring warmth, humor, and compassion to the process, helping you build insight, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility.
Is the weight of anxiety leaving you feeling helpless and overwhelmed? Are you dealing with grief/loss and need the space to process those feelings in order feel comfortable and safe in your current season of life. Or maybe you are feeling trapped and finding it difficult to balance all of the demands of motherhood? You are not alone. As a wife and mom of two, I understand the demands that a mother feels when she is trying to juggle home life, career or being a SAHM all while trying to maintain one’s own self-identity. Whether you’re working through postpartum depression/anxiety or just wanting a relatable, professional to help you process some stuff out loud. I am here. I will walk with you and help you cope with the visible and invisible load of motherhood.
It can feel overwhelming to believe change is possible. Sometimes we start to think a moment, experience, or pattern defines who we are. But it is possible to break free from that thinking.
For several years, I’ve worked with clients navigating self‑esteem challenges, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, work stress, and loss. It’s meaningful for me to offer hope and to help people experience relief in these areas. My passion is supporting clients as they move toward the goals that matter to them.
In my practice, I’ve consistently seen EMDR reduce symptoms and create meaningful shifts. EMDR isn’t only for trauma — it also helps process dysfunctionally stored information that keeps people stuck. When using EMDR (including tapping), clients often notice change more quickly and begin to feel hopeful about moving forward. They become better able to manage symptoms and make decisions that support their well‑being and relationships.
Through ongoing study of neuroscience and nervous‑system‑informed approaches, I’ve learned how deeply the mind, brain, and body influence one another. You don’t need to be a neuroscientist to understand that the nervous system plays a powerful role in healing. I use interventions that support the brain’s natural capacity for change — helping shift patterns, pathways, and networks involved in trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Each session is an opportunity for growth and meaningful change.
Life brings challenges that can weigh us down and make it hard to move forward. Having faced my own obstacles, I understand how difficult it can feel. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move past what’s holding you back and toward the life you want. Together, we can work toward your goals.

I have been a social worker since 2006 and decided to start my private practice in the midst of the pandemic as stress levels rose from fear, job changes, financial issues, child/eldercare, relationship issues, racial injustices, air quality, displacement by the wildfires, climate change, the list goes on. I thought it was a crucial time to offer support and will continue to do so.
