Love and work are essential to a meaningful life. Relationships with others define experience and work gives a sense of purpose. Disturbance in these affect well being and contribute to an overwhelmed response leading to collapse. As trauma is relational so is recovery and healing. Having the right therapeutic alliance is a key element and requires, attunement and constistency.

Hello. I am a licensed social worker in California. I began practicing in the mental health/behavioral health field in 2011. I originally was licensed in Maryland in 2015 but then returned to California in 2016. Since starting in the field, I have worked with individuals ranging in age from 4 years old to 75 years old; most experience working with individuals between the ages of 10 and 35. I have experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, and relationship issues. Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot accommodate individuals seeking letters for emotional support animals or those mandated by the court or legal system for therapy.

If when viewing my profile, you feel as though I am a good fit, but my schedule does not meet your scheduling needs, please feel free to send me a message as I may be able to fit you in at a different time. I work evenings and weekends.

I have experience providing individual and group treatment for folx who are interested in abstinence/sobriety and harm reduction. I have worked in this field for approximately seven years and have found this work truly fulfilling.

I also believe in the importance of fat acceptance and body positivity, which is something that is often neglected/overlooked.

I am a clinical psychologist with 18 years of experience working with a variety for people from young adult to older adults. I like to create a supportive environment that fosters growth, exploration, and healing. Building resiliency and adapting to life circumstance is an important aspect of what I do. I like to help people feel better while promoting independence and insight.
I believe in honoring each individual as the expert of their own life, meeting them without judgment or preconceptions. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice in the Inland Empire area since 2014. I believe real change is a gradual evolution (hence my practice name Gentle Evolutions), and there are often many stops along the way. I bring a lot of warmth and genuine curiosity to that process, while also keeping sessions rooted in your therapy goals. I acknowledge the vulnerability that comes with sharing your story and identity with others and aim to create a space where you feel able to share 100% of what is coming to your mind. I provide stability for clients through the difficult times and ensure that we also celebrate the small successes in the therapeutic space.

Welcome! I'm Amy, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out.
My practice focuses on working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, autoimmune diseases and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with all individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy isn't about being "fixed", it's about learning new ways to respond to life's difficulties while building a stronger relationship with yourself.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, with some humor! I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process, so we'll move at a pace that feels safe while also challenging unhelpful patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I encourage clients to practice skills outside of session because lasting growth happens both in and between our meetings.
As a bilingual therapist, I strive to provide culturally responsive care and recognize the unique experiences each person brings into the therapy room. My training includes EMDR, allowing me to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences when appropriate.
I value honesty, humor, and genuine connection. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and I don't take for granted the trust it takes to share your story. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply ready for something to change, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward the life you want to create.
I am a seasoned therapist with over 16 years of experience, dedicated to providing support and guidance to adults facing various challenges. I am a psychologist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide teletherapy to adult individuals and couples residing in California. I work with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem issues, chronic illness, LGBTQ issues, career concerns, life transitions, relationship issues with partners, family members, and parent/child conflict. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 3 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, with a special focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health. I have experience working in NICU and high-risk obstetric settings, where I supported clients navigating pregnancy complications, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional toll of medically complex pregnancies. I take a compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach, creating a safe space where clients can build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and feel supported and understood during vulnerable seasons of life.
Many of the struggles we experience as adults, whether in our relationships, our confidence, or our sense of purpose, begin with beliefs we formed long ago about ourselves and the world. While those beliefs may have helped us navigate earlier seasons of life, they can quietly keep us confused, disconnected, and living as someone we’ve learned to be rather than who we truly are.
I believe therapy is an opportunity to gently uncover those patterns, heal the wounds beneath them, and reconnect with your authentic self. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling that something no longer fits, our work together is focused on creating meaningful, lasting change, not just managing symptoms.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply integrative, combining insight-oriented psychotherapy with practical, future-focused tools that help clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Hello, my name is Lee. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with the state of California. I spent the majority of my career helping people with severe mental illness to achieve stability while searching for meaning within acute care settings. For the past 5 years I’ve been working with team of specialists looking to incorporate more trauma based treatment into the state facilities. Through this exploration I’ve developed a deeper understanding between the interplay of trauma and childhood experiences. The connection between trauma and all of the maladaptive coping styles that I saw in group homes, recovery centers and the VA, became apparent to me. What some might call symptoms I might interpret as adaptations to deal with life. That fundamental understanding is what makes me the therapist that I am. In the words of Anita Sawyer PhD, “It’s those who are comfortable with ambiguity that can see unique perspectives to bridge connection. Connection is the essence of healing.”
Are you feeling stuck, disconnected in your relationships, or noticing patterns that you don’t fully understand? You may be wanting to explore deeper—unpacking core beliefs or unresolved experiences that are impacting how you relate to others and to yourself. This process of gaining insight and gently challenging those patterns can be a meaningful step toward healing and growth.
I have experience working with BIPOC individuals, women navigating anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, and individuals experiencing challenges with emotion regulation. I also support clients who are working toward feeling more like themselves again—reconnecting with a sense of balance, clarity, and emotional grounding.
Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is an important part of the process. If what you’re reading resonates with you, I would be honored to support you in this work. Our sessions—whether weekly or biweekly—are a dedicated space for you to slow down, reflect, and focus on your needs.
My current availability is during daytime hours, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and I am not offering evening appointments at this time.
I look forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey.
