Hello, I am a licensed therapist in California, with 21 years of clinical experience. I specialize in trauma related symptoms, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) as an addiction specialist who also served 24 years of military service and have lots of experience with Veterans. In our first session together, we will start with building rapport, developing safety, trust, and understanding of your problems. This will help us create a collaborative individual plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I have the confidence and years experience working with client's who suffer from trauma and/or struggle with mental health or substance abuse issues. I come from a trauma-informed background and approach using evidence-based practices to help clients process traumatic events and experiences to develop healthy coping strategies that are effective. I am well-versed in treating addiction, co-occurring and mental health issues, by using a comprehensive, holistic approach to treat and provide the care you deserve. I have many years of experience and training to work with complex trauma, anxiety, depression and working with military veterans.
My approach to therapy is client centered based approach with a high emphasis in trauma informed. With using empathy, warmth, respect and being genuine to your needs.

It was good talk it felt good letting some things out from my past
