Hello, my name is Brigitta. I empower individuals to take back their lives by identifying their strengths, identity, and learn useful skills to help develop a future with hope and expectation. Together, we will explore what is making you stuck by utilizing a holistic approach and address issues of the mind, body, and spirit to strengthen you as an individual. I utilize elements of various modalities with each individual to find out where the wounds began, to close the doors to an unresolved past, to reframe negative core beliefs and its maladaptive influence, and to work towards healthy goals for your future. I can integrate faith-based counseling to build resilience and hope at your request. Our sessions will be a place of safety, growth, and rejuvenation for your soul. I will meet you with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. As we build our therapeutic relationship, the process of healing and restoration will come. I cannot wait to meet you!

I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on. We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness." I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.

Hi, I’m Kory van Unen, LCSW. I am a licensed clinical social worker and UCLA MSW graduate, dedicated to helping adults cultivate insight, resilience, and genuine self-worth. My therapy style is collaborative and client-centered, rooted in evidence-based practice. I specialize in working with women and gender-diverse clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, self-esteem struggles, and the complexities of modern life. Many of my clients come to me seeking relief from self-sabotage, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and chronic stress. If you feel overwhelmed by expectations or stuck in old patterns, I can support you in developing the tools and self-understanding to move forward. My approach is both insight-oriented and practical. I draw from a range of therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), humanistic, and trauma-informed modalities. Treatment is always adapted to your needs, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can reflect honestly, explore difficult emotions, and find sustainable ways to create change. Outside of sessions, you might find me reading, walking in nature, sipping matcha, or at the beach with my dogs.

Hello and Welcome! I am a social worker who has been in the field for over 20 years. Early in my career, I was fortunate enough to work with a psychiatrist who believed there was more to treating mental health than medication. I participated in a training with him and I was transformed as a therapist. I was trained in the relaxation response and mindfulness meditation and using the body to help heal people who have had significant trauma and mental health challenges. From there, I went on to get my yoga teaching certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Since then, I have been helping children, adolescents and adults learn more about themselves and help them connect with the truest part of themselves. I believe my purpose is to help people learn to love themselves. I lived in CA for a long time and still hold my LCSW license. I was fortunate enough to study with a number of teachers at Spirit Rock Meditation Center who have influenced my work. I blend a number of different frameworks into my practice including trauma-informed CBT, DBT, somatic psychotherapy and self-compassion. I am mindful and respectful of all differences (racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, economic, gender, sexual orientation, ability etc.) and strive to understand each person within the context of their life history. Every person who seeks treatment has unique needs and goals. I strive to work collaboratively with you to keep your goals at the center of our work together. I stand in solidarity with the BIPOC community and all those impacted by systemic racism and oppression. I will uphold my own values and ethics and support all those who are speaking out against injustice of any kind. As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe space for all.

I believe therapy is a sacred space where deep healing can happen. Everyone deserves their own unique healing journey that leads to more joy, pleasure, and gentleness in our lives. I completed my Master’s in social work at California State University, Long Beach. Currently, I work as a school social worker. You’re someone others rely on. You handle what needs to get done, maintain high standards, and rarely let things slip. From the outside, it works. Internally, it can feel like a constant undercurrent of pressure—overthinking, tension, or a sense that you’re always “on.” Many of the patterns that keep you functioning at a high level were shaped by earlier experiences that required you to adapt quickly, stay aware, or carry more than you should have alone. Those patterns don’t just disappear—they evolve into the way you think, respond, and move through your life today. My work is designed for high-functioning adults who are ready for a different internal experience. Together, we look beneath the surface at what’s driving these patterns and begin to shift them—so you can feel more grounded, clear, and aligned with who you actually are, not just who you’ve had to be. This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about experiencing your life with less pressure, more intention, and a stronger connection to your authentic self. When you’re ready to move beyond just managing and start feeling more like yourself, I’m here to help.

I identify as queer, fat, femme and have a mixture of indigenous and colonizer DNA. I share this first because the way we identify matters. Many reasons and factors stop us from being ourselves around others and often, when we can't fully live who we are, our mental health suffers. If that's you, I'm here to help. We can work through body image issues, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict management together if you're willing to do the work of honestly engaging in therapy with me. I grew up on the East Coast to immigrant parents from Colombia and lived in SoCal for 15 years and recently moved back home to be near my parents. I have a rescued pitbull that brings me lots of peace and joy and you might see him napping behind me via telehealth sessions. I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading (fiction for fun), and taking care of my indoor plants. I love learning about indigenous wisdom/practices from all over the world, herbalism, tarot, and other healing practices and beliefs that folks use to find meaning and wellness. Last but not least, I really love my job! And I do it because I believe in it and have witnessed many people shift, grow, break patterns and learn new ones that significantly improve quality of life. If you're curious but unsure if I'd be the right fit for you, email me and we can schedule a 15 minute chat (free of charge) where you can get a better idea and ask a few questions to find out if this would be a good option for you. Please keep your email short and only include your interest in scheduling a 15 minute call and 1 or 2 sentences of what you're looking for. My email is: ericaarizalcsw @ gmail.com

I believe the main goal of therapy is to remove the obstacles and blockages that preclude us from being genuine. My approach is straightforward yet compassionate. As your therapist, I simply hold the mirror up and allow you to reveal the parts of yourself that have broken off over the years as a result of stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other unresolved issues. Together we mitigate the impact of maladaptive behaviors and search for answers that are more closely aligned with your goals. The answers to many of life’s problems are internal, but we have been conditioned otherwise. I have over 20 years’ experience treating mental health and addiction issues. I use a solution focus that incorporates a wide variety of modalities tapered to your needs. I treat many issues including family of origin, addiction, primary mental health, couples, trauma, and more. I am an EMDR trained therapist, and I help clients to process painful experiences that disrupt your life and well-being. I am hesitant to ascribe to any one therapeutic orientation. Everybody is different. I combine breathwork, meditation, ACT, CBT, as well existentialism and spirituality. I look forward to working with you on your path to wellness

I believe that therapy can heal, but I also know that telling a stranger about your deepest pain can be a strange feeling. Perhaps you've been feeling sad, depressed or worried, and hopeless that anything in your life can change. Or maybe you aren't sure what you would even want help with. You know you feel bad, but if someone were to ask you "How can I help?", you aren't sure what you would say. These problems can feel permanent and unsolvable. After all, something feels broken and unfixable, so how could you not feel that it takes all the energy you have just to get up in the morning and go about your day? Depression or anxiety can also feel isolating, as if nobody else could possibly understand. You may have even received advice from people who you feel mean well but can't understand what you're going through. Depression and anxiety are not permanent or unfixable, and therapy can help. Imagine feeling peace of mind, and excited about life and its possibilities. It starts by learning about you and going at your pace. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 16 years experience working with adults and teens, I've seen therapy work, and I feel lucky that I get to be part of that journey for others.

I'm a CA and OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. I bring both deep clinical experience and a very human understanding of how hard it can be to ask for help. My approach is collaborative, honest, and practical. I use evidence-based modalities such as DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and systems-based work, always tailored to your goals and lived experience. Therapy with me is about gaining insight, building skills, and creating real, sustainable change. Welcome! My name is Nathan Taylor and I’d like to thank you for taking the time to look over my profile and to learn a little about me as a therapist. Choosing a therapist can be challenging (and maybe even more than a little anxiety provoking!) and it is important to take the time to find someone that you feel may be a good fit to work with towards helping you achieve your goals in therapy. With that in mind, I wanted to share a little about myself and my own path as a therapist. Should you feel like we may be a good fit, I genuinely look forward to meeting and hopefully working with you. Each of our own personal experiences, dreams, goals, hopes, and needs, both in life and in therapy are unique and individual. You may know exactly what those are for you, or you may feel like you are lost and overwhelmed. Either way, my role is to help you along your own path. To help define what you are struggling with and to take the steps that are needed to work through those struggles and challenges. Whatever your reason is for seeking therapy, know that it can be an incredibly valuable tool towards finding what it is that you are looking for. Again, thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me. You’ve found the courage to get this far, let’s see how much further we can get together!

Hello and welcome! I have been a licensed psychologist in California since 2016. My goal is to help individuals enhance their sense of well being and experience a greater sense of meaning in their lives. This can be done by acquiring coping skills to identify, and refute unhelpful habits of thinking, increase self-compassion and self-care. My approach to counseling is strengths based and empowerment focused. I use a collaborative and egalitarian style with people who I works with in counseling. When meeting with me for the first time, clients can expect an opportunity to explore presenting concerns and potential goals for treatment. I received my Bachelors degree Psychology from the George Washington University, my first Masters degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and my second Masters degree and Doctorate in Clinical-Community Psychology from the University of La Verne. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me in the garden!

After earning my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley, I spent a number of years traveling the world and then went on to earn two Master’s degrees, the second in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been working as a therapist for close to seven years, but have worked as a counselor with children, adolescents, and families for over 15 years. I built my own academic counseling business after my first graduate school, in which I fostered relationships with families and the community. This experience working closely with hundreds of local families gave me great insight into the power of supportive, goal oriented, client centered, positive relationships as catalysts for change in individuals and relational systems. I approach my clients with the belief that they are capable and valuable, and that with my support in identifying their strengths and resources, both internal and external, they can gain skills and achieve goals that can instill a sense of hope which enables them to move forward successfully. I have spent a great deal of time traveling, living, and working in diverse parts of the world, and I believe my own experiences coupled with my genuine positive regard for people has cultivated a broad perspective of understanding that contributes to my success as a therapist.

Hello. My name is Ana and I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (128445), in the beautiful state of California. I have been in the counseling and social work field for 25+ yrs. Simply stated, I was born to do therapy, it is a gift and an honor. I am a safe, trusting and caring person, that is able to connect with a diversity of people, especially those that struggle with feelings of inadequacy. I have worked with children, teens, elderly, foster care, gang members and most recently, death row inmates in prison. I have found through many of those experiences that emotional pain, feeling alone and having anxiety or depression, is common and universal. However, I also know that the desire to live a deeper, peaceful and meaningful life can also be a driving force. I too have done much of that internal work and reflection in my life. I have learned that it is OK to be just me, no longer fearing to live the life that I have earned and deserve. I would love the same for you.
