Hi, I’m Dani! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, and I’m really passionate about helping people feel more like themselves again. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, work stress, disordered eating, body image concerns, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration.
I show up as warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re feeling, and support you in building tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and at home in your body and identity, so you can move through life with more ease and authenticity.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring experience working with individuals across the lifespan, children to adults. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of social work settings, which has given me a broad perspective on the many ways people grow, heal, and overcome challenges. While I’ve valued each of these roles, my greatest passion lies in the therapeutic setting—supporting clients in discovering their strengths and fostering meaningful change. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based interventions—all delivered through a trauma-informed lens. As a social worker, I am deeply committed to fostering a therapeutic environment that honors diversity, inclusion, and the unique experiences each client brings to the process.
I am dedicated, compassionate professional committed to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My work centers on empowering individuals to navigate changes in relationships, and personal growth. I believe each person brings unique strengths and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected and understood. My approach is strength based helping clients build insight, develop practical tools and move forward becoming the best version of themselves.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up honestly without feeling judged, pressured, or like you have to have everything figured out first. I work with adults who are trying to manage the emotional weight of everyday life while also making sense of patterns, experiences, or stressors that may be keeping them stuck. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and confident in their ability to navigate challenges both inside and outside of therapy.
I am a LCSW with experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families. I provide person centered care and thoroughly love what I do. I have experience in various settings including psychiatric, private practice, and community-based care. I am trained in various modalities and can use an eclectic approach. I would enjoy working with you to meet your goals and objectives.
I am a psychodynamically oriented therapist who integrates attachment-based, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply and creating meaningful change. I am, also, always working on and open to learning new therapies to best help my clients!
My work is grounded in the belief that many emotional struggles—such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties—are connected to early relational experiences and the patterns we develop to cope, protect ourselves, and connect with others. In therapy, I help clients explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, while also building practical tools to manage distress in the present.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of your emotional world. I also pay close attention to what unfolds in the therapeutic relationship, as it can provide important insight and opportunities for healing and growth.
Depending on your needs, our work may include exploring past experiences, identifying emotional and relational patterns, strengthening awareness of thoughts and feelings, and learning skills to support regulation and coping. My goal is to help you develop greater clarity, emotional balance, and more secure and fulfilling relationships—with yourself and others.
Therapy with me is a space for both insight and change. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and able to move through life with greater confidence and ease.

I primarily work in substance use recovery (abstinence and harm reduction) and trauma recovery. I also have specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, and sleep issues/insomnia. My treatment orientation is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts, however the foundation of my early training was Psychodynamic.
I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, STAIR (Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation), and Seeking Safety for trauma treatment.
