Greetings. I am an experienced, enthusiastic therapist who truly believes in our ability to heal. We can increase and build upon your capacity for joy and meaningful relationships with self and others by creating a safe space together in which to work. I am here to serve you by learning about your individual needs, experiences, beliefs and goals as the basis of our work together. I am eager to help you to discover what works for you and assist you in letting go of what has not worked in the past. I think we oftentimes listen more to what we say to ourselves than what others say to us yet many times that voice within us are old tapes from the past. Let's take a compassionate view together to create the changes you seek in your life.

Dr. Charness is a former assistant district attorney specializing in prosecuting domestic violence and sexual assault, and rape cases. Additionally, she has her PsyD in clinical psychology specializing in trauma, attachment theory, and affect regulation. She has worked extensively with patients suffering from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse trauma. Further, Dr. Charness has a wealth of experience with PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicidality, and self-harm. She incorporates many modalities in her sessions, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic work. She effectively supports clients working through past trauma and finding resolve and peace within themselves, which is crucial to individual mental health and functionality. Inclusivity and remaining culturally sensitive to patients are of utmost importance to her. Dr. Charness has also contributed to several books, including Voices of Pain, Voices of Hope, Students Speak About Racism, and Learning Through Discussion. Her most recent passion is her blog on Psychology Today (under law and crime) regarding the intersection of law and mental health. She focuses primarily on how legal rulings can impact our mental health, motive, trauma-informed interrogation, and investigation, particularly in domestic violence and sexual assault cases, and the failings of both the legal and mental health systems. Teaching about the realities of what life looks like inside the courtroom for a victim of domestic violence or rape, whether it be to a classroom of students or an audience of readers, is incredibly important to her.

Hello. my name is Diane Gibbs and i have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2008. I have worked inpatient and outpatient mental health. I am Rogerian trained, which means i have awareness of my boundaries and the clts boundaries. I am clt centered, being aware of my transference in the therapy relationship; often using the transference for clt growth. I am humanistic, which means any one of us can experience disturbance of mood, thought, or emotion; simply because we are human. As a clt centered therapist my role is to hold a mirror up as to allow the clt to witness their experience and offer reccomendations for tx plan. Also, empowering the clt to connect and use their strengths; support, spirituality or agnostic beliefs. I have used various modality interventions including meditation, visualization, and exposure acclimation. I have worked with 5 yo to 80+ yr old. My experience is broad, from post partum to end of life issues and many life stages in between. Whether anxiety or depression. From bipolar to ocd or schizophrenia; i work at creating a safe environment where boundaries are clear and the clt feels free to discuss their issues in safety and privacy.

I have been in the field for twenty five years and have learned to adjust to what the client is presenting in the session to achieve a sense of safety. I work with what the client is presenting and focus on how to guide the client to work through their presenting problem. I have had a history of working with a variety of clients and cultures. I started working in a therapeutic community with at risk adolescents. I later worked with court referred gang members. From there I worked with the homeless and the LGBTQ Community on addictions. I opened a private practice in a more suburban environment.

I really love being a therapist, and it’s so rewarding to support people on their journeys of self-discovery. In many ways, I get to give back the same kind of support that therapy gave me. Over time, I’ve come to see that things like anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or struggles in relationships and careers often show up when something’s off in the mind-body-spirit connection. I’ve been through my own path of growth and transformation, and along the way, I picked up some powerful tools that I truly believe can help you find more healing, love, peace, and purpose in your life. In my work, I lean into attachment theory and also explore the deeper, more spiritual aspects of what it means to be human.

In my online practice, which is focused on trauma and grief, I only work with older adults (over 55 years old). Dr Yuko is a California and Wyoming-licensed psychologist who has been working in mental health since 1998. Dr. Yuko's psychodynamic psychotherapy aims to help people become aware of themselves and gain psychological strength (self-confidence) to discover their future and the meaning of their lives. I'm also an experienced child psychologist for very young children (aged from 2), but I cannot either test them or do play therapy online. But I can advise parents who have young children with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, FAS, Genetic disorders, Behavior problems, etc.

I'm Dr. Andra Brosh, a licensed Clinical Psychologist who serves as a bridge between the rigorous world of psychology and the profound wisdom of mystical traditions. I specialize in guiding individuals through transformative journeys of self-actualization using a unique integration of evidence-based psychology, astrology, tarot, and Kabbalah. If you're feeling stuck in patterns that drain your energy—cycles of people-pleasing, self-neglect, or trying to be everything to everyone—I understand how isolating and exhausting that can be. Together, we'll create an inspiring therapeutic experience that's both deeply practical and spiritually nourishing, designed to gently guide you from your comfort zone into the radiant truth of your authentic self. Our work together combines the insights of your birth chart, the wisdom of tarot, the transformative map of Kabbalah, and solid psychological tools to help you master the art of self-care, self-advocacy, and healthy boundaries. You'll learn to reclaim your time, your energy, and your freedom while building the confidence to honor your own needs without guilt. If you're tired of living according to everyone else's script and you're ready to step into the deeper joy, peace, and freedom that's been calling to you, I'm here to support that sacred transformation. Book with me, and let's begin the beautiful work of untethering you from self-limiting beliefs so you can finally create a life that feels authentically and joyfully yours. *Please note that your first session will be an intake and a determination if we are a good fit, not a full therapy session*

"Can she help me?" - A question you maybe asking yourself as you move through profile after profile, browsing bio after bio. Everything you are going through in your life right now, has brought you to this very point- where you have run out of solutions, options and ideas. You have tried everything you know so far. You're here, hoping to find a professional who not only understands you, but can also help you figure out how to redirect your life in a way that will be the most aligned, to what you want it to be. THIS is a moment worthy of pride. The fact that you are looking for help at all, says that you are someone who wants something better, something different. That you are not content with adjusting to struggle but you want to do what you can to elevate your life to a level that you feel good about. You're doing your part on working on yourself. How about I tell you what part I can play so you don't have to do that alone? Hi, my name is Nam and I have been a therapist helping people exactly like you, for 22 years. While I have 3 graduate degrees, several certifications and many years of helping people across 2 continents, under my belt, I have one solid mission in the work I do. To help every single person I work with find ease in their relationship with others and with themselves. I specialize in working with men and their loved ones with a focus on Relationships.

I am a therapist with more than 17 years of experience in the psychology field, beginning first as a nurse and now as a dedicated clinician. Over the years I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and I have developed a strong understanding of the many ways mental health challenges can appear — whether in personal struggles, relationships, families, or communities. My approach is eclectic and responsive, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered, Emotionally Focused, Strategic, Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, and Existential modalities. Rather than applying a single method, I weave these together in a living, adaptive way that honors your unique needs in each session. Therapy with me is not about being fit into a rigid model, but about shaping our work so that it reflects your story, your voice, and your goals. I also bring lived experience, both personally and through supporting family and friends, which gives me a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek help. I know what it means to be on the other side of therapy, and I strive to offer the kind of safe, supportive space that I have valued myself. Clients often describe me as loving, openhearted, and non-judgmental. My role is to listen with care, support you in creating an internal dialogue that fosters healing, and help you carry practical skills and insights into every part of your life.

Hello, my name is Vanessa Estrada Baron, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton. I identify as a first-generation Latina, cisgender woman. I'm passionate about working with BIPOC families, and individuals. Additionally, I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ and undocumented/DACAmented communities. I hope we can work together in finding meaning and feeling satisfied with where your life is heading. I utilize a range of evidence-based therapies, including person-centered therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy with an anti-racist and anti-oppressive approach. These approaches allow us to build a therapeutic connection and give us a roadmap in this therapy journey. As we work together, there may be some wounds that are uncovered brought on by childhood trauma, intergeneration trauma, societal injustices, or any other significant events that you’d be willing to explore. I hope to provide a safe space to process your feelings and would be honored to be a tool for you. Aside from being a therapist, I am a wife, I am a mother to a three-year-old daughter, I am a daughter of two immigrant parents, I am a sister to a brother and sister. Some of my self-care includes hiking, playing video games, reading, taking baths, and spending time with my parents. I am looking forward to meeting you! Asking for help is not easy, so if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, a recent loss, anger, internal or external conflict, or you’re looking to find meaning, I can already tell your resilience!
