I am a Black therapist dedicated to creating a healing space rooted in safety, authenticity, and respect. I offer a nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as your full self and feel supported in your healing journey. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and identity exploration. Together, we explore emotions, patterns, and experiences while developing practical solutions that support growth, clarity, and emotional well-being. Born and raised in Los Angeles, my family's roots in a third-world country have instilled in me a profound appreciation for cultural diversity. I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work with a minor in Gerontology from Mount St. Mary's University in 2009. I then pursued my Master's in Social Work at California State University, Dominguez Hills, graduating in 2011. Additionally, I hold a Mental Health Certificate.

She was real with me, and that's what I needed. I got the vibe that she really wanted to help me work through my issues. I'm excited to work with Mrs. Henningham.
