I’m a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, and emotional or relationship difficulties. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to manage daily stressors. I provide a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space, while offering practical tools to improve emotional regulation, confidence, and day-to-day functioning. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s developmental and cultural needs.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other in a safe, supportive space. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and your history, while making sure you feel heard, comfortable, and supported. We’ll move at your pace and begin creating a plan together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a therapist is creating a compassionate, grounded space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. I balance emotional support with practical, developmentally appropriate strategies to help clients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I support children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, and emotional or relationship challenges. I frequently work with ADHD-related challenges, including emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-esteem. I offer a structured, emotionally safe space and practical tools clients can apply outside of sessions to build confidence and improve daily functioning.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I offer a Person-centered approach that creates a warm, supportive space where clients feel truly seen and understood. Through personalized care, clients gain practical tools, build confidence, and develop stronger emotional regulation skills. My goal is to support each individual’s growth and resilience while empowering them to become the authors of their own life story.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact mood, relationships, and daily life. Through a collaborative process, we practice practical strategies for coping, problem-solving, and building emotional awareness. I also support clients navigating ADHD by strengthening emotional regulation, executive functioning, and confidence, helping them thrive both personally and professionally.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing as a collaborative, client-centered approach that supports individuals in exploring their goals, values, and readiness for change. My experience with MI allows me to meet clients where they are, helping them feel heard and respected while strengthening their own motivation and confidence. Through open-ended questions, reflective listening, and affirmations, I support clients in resolving ambivalence, building self-efficacy, and making meaningful, sustainable changes that align with their values.
