First session
First session is an intake, basically meet and greet, info gathering, goal setting, and seeing if we can work together.
Strengths
My biggests strenghts include: empathy and compassion, personal life experience, and being in the field for over 20 years.
Ideal clients
Individual therapy for adults. I am good at helping people with life transitions, anxiety, life, work, parenting, relationship stress, depression, loss. I don't provide couple's or family therapy at this time.
