HI! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California. I have been practicing in a variety of settings involving mental health for the past 20 plus years and have a lot of experience working with minority adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, familial conflict, and stress management. My current clients have shown improvement with consistency in treatment at managing their thoughts and behaviors; which has impacted their relationships and life perspective overall.

In our first session together we will focus on getting to know one another and exploring expectations for therapy. We will also learn more about your personal goals for yourself and how we can implement some practices together to achieve those goals.

Having worked with adolescents and their families from different walks of life over the past 20 years in different capacities I have learned that the best thing I can do for a client is to be transparent and direct in the process of helping clients navigate root causes of possible challenges and behaviors. I will help and ensure that clients can stay on track with their personal plan to achieving symptom relief and goals.
