About me

I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian and specialize in helping driven adults, families, and students break cycles of burnout, stress, and painful relationship patterns. I bring a rare mix of clinical expertise, neuroscience, and a business-world lens to uncover what’s really holding you back. Expect a warm, direct, and culturally attuned approach that cuts through the noise and delivers real progress - not just talk.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will clarify what is bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and identify key patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we will create a plan tailored to your needs so you leave the session with clarity, direction, and hope for the work ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a therapist who thrives on helping people cut through the noise of burnout, toxic workplaces, and chronic stress to reclaim their energy and drive. I’ve presented at conferences on burnout and toxic leadership, trained extensively in substance use recovery, and bring a business and HR background that lets me see the pressures most therapists miss. I offer straight talk, zero fluff, and practical strategies that actually move you forward - delivered with warmth and cultural fluency in English, Spanish, and Russian.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals ready to invest in their growth, including professionals under pressure, college students navigating stress or identity struggles, and anyone looking to strengthen relationships, build resilience, and elevate their overall well-being. Alongside my clinical expertise, I have extensive training in substance use disorder treatment, a business degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management (an AACSB-accredited institution), and a UCLA Extension certificate in Human Resources Management. This unique blend equips me to understand workplace dynamics, leadership challenges, and the complex intersection of stress, coping, and recovery. I help clients not just heal but elevate their game through a thoughtful mix of psychological depth and practical strategies that drive meaningful, lasting change.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I approach my work as a family therapist through an Attachment-Based lens that was shaped by my graduate training at Pacific Oaks College. My clinical style is grounded in Object Relations Theory, which focuses on how the earliest relationships we have with caregivers shape the way we see ourselves and others throughout life. These early experiences often form an “inner map” of connection that can influence how we trust, communicate, and respond in relationships as adults. I integrate the understanding of how the brain and nervous system develop in the context of these early bonds, particularly how emotional regulation is shaped by safe or disrupted attachment. I aim to create a secure and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients can safely explore these patterns and begin to form healthier connections and a stronger sense of self.

Family Therapy

I use Family Therapy to help families break unhealthy patterns and build stronger, more supportive relationships. By improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering trust, I guide families through challenges like parenting stress, conflict, and life transitions. The goal is to create lasting change so your family feels more connected, resilient, and ready to thrive together.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients process painful experiences in a safe and structured way. This approach combines practical coping skills with gentle exploration of trauma memories to reduce distress, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and build resilience. I focus on helping clients feel grounded, regain a sense of control, and move forward with greater confidence and emotional balance.

Christian Counseling

I offer Christian Counseling for clients who want their faith to be part of the healing process. I integrate biblical principles with evidence-based therapy to address emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges. Sessions may include prayer, scripture reflection, and faith-based guidance alongside practical tools for coping and growth. This approach helps clients find comfort, purpose, and strength as they work toward emotional and spiritual well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because it’s considered the gold standard for treating anxiety, depression, and many other challenges. CBT is evidence-based, practical, and highly effective because it focuses on changing unhelpful thought patterns that drive difficult emotions and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to set clear goals, build coping skills, and apply tools that create real, lasting improvements in daily life.
