I am fluent in Russian and Spanish, allowing therapy to happen with cultural understanding, nuance, and trust.
In our first session together, you can expect a chance to settle in, talk things through, and get comfortable. We will focus on what feels most important right now and what you would like to see change. You will leave with a clearer sense of where things are headed and a gentle sense of what the next steps can look like.

I offer Christian Counseling for clients who want their faith to be part of the healing process. I integrate biblical principles with evidence-based therapy to address emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because it’s considered the gold standard for treating anxiety, depression, and many other challenges. I been very emotional lately and I been battling with the same pattern for many years that continue to get worse and it’s effecting my life.
