My work involves assisting individuals in the healing process from trauma, managing current stress, alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression, and addressing negative thought patterns such as "I'm not good enough." Utilizing an evidence-based approach, I specialize in EMDR therapy, offering a proven method to process and heal from trauma in a constructive way. My clients know that therapy with me is not a quick fix, but rather we do the work that is needed to accomplish their goals. The process of achieving this is tough, but it can lead to remarkable life changes. I've heard from clients that this work has led to a life-changing shift for them. If you're seeking this level of change and are committed to the journey, I'll be there to support you, encourage your progress, and guide you until you reach the other side.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will review presenting problems, history and discuss goals and a treatment plan.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have many years working as a trauma-informed therapist. I specialize in trauma therapy, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reproessing) therapy and TF-CBT (Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy). I have worked with clients who want to work through traumas ranging from childhood abuse (sexual, physcial, emotional, abandonment, etc) to a specific traumatic event i.e, assault, divorce, car accident, etc.
