I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping folks on their personal journey by meeting people where they are and working together on their individual goals. I have experience working in a variety of community settings with individuals with differing mental health needs. I also have several years of experience working with survivors of brain injury. In therapy, I use strategies from various modalities, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, etc. to focus on person-centered growth and healing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will get an overview of what has brought you to counseling. We will touch of a variety of topics to look holistically at your individual strengths and needs. In discussing your hopes are for our work together, we will start to develop a plan to meet your needs.

Having worked with folks for over 20 years, I have experience working with youth through older adults in a variety of setting and needs. This provided me with a good framework to help us to collaboratively build a plan to help your growth.
