Life can be challenging and reaching out for support can feel intimidating. As a Licensed Therapist with over 8 years of experience, I provide a safe space for you to process your thoughts and feelings while guiding you through life’s unpredictable stressors, helping you build resilience and coping skills along the way. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions and everyday stressors. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths and create a path forward so you can tackle challenges with confidence and become the best version of yourself.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will mainly consist of us getting to know each other. I will learn more about what has brought you to therapy and any past therapy experiences. You can use this time to share anything you think may be helpful for me to know, as well as answer any questions I may have. Based on our discussion, we will determine if this is a good fit and move forward with creating treatment goals, if so.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strengths are my ability to make clients feel heard, valued, and safe. I am intentional about how I show up to sessions, creating a space where you can be vulnerable without judgment. I also make a point of regularly checking in to ensure therapy needs are being met.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I best serve young adults and adults who are ready to invest in themselves and their personal growth. It’s completely okay to feel hesitant about starting therapy, as long as you’re willing to show up and commit to the process. I work best with clients who are open to being challenged and who are honest about what they need from me as a therapist. Therapy is a partnership, and as long as you’re committed to doing the work, I’m right here with you every step of the way. I also have several years of experience in play therapy and expressive arts therapy, which can be especially helpful for children, adolescents, or teens looking for support.

My treatment methods

Strength-Based

Your text is almost perfect! Here’s a slightly refined version with some minor grammar and tone adjustments: In my therapy sessions, I use a strengths-based approach, focusing on identifying and building upon your unique strengths and what you’re already doing well to address the challenges and stressors you're facing. This approach helps you feel more empowered and confident, knowing you have the tools within you to navigate life’s obstacles.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my therapy sessions, I may also use a Cognitive Behavioral Approach, which is a technique that helps you identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs contributing to stress, anxiety, or other emotional struggles. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts influence your feelings and behaviors, and I’ll teach you practical strategies to reframe negative thinking patterns, helping you develop healthier ways of thinking and coping.
