Do you feel like you have tried everything and it still isn't working? Are you tired of existing in life and not fully living life? Do you feel stuck, depressed, or anxious? I provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere so you can feel free to express your needs and work together on a plan that best fits your needs. I have worked in emergency crisis services, crisis management services, and trauma for years and this has brought with it the experience to be able to quickly meet and address your immediate needs and then work toward addressing the long-term needs. I currently serve children and adults via teletherapy. I have training and experience working with military veterans. I assist with issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, dissociative disorders, conflict, parenting/behavioral management. We currently offer equine assisted psychotherapy as a treatment option.

My treatment methods

EMDR

I use EMDR to help you process and heal from distressing experiences by engaging both sides of the brain through guided eye movements. This technique allows you to reframe painful memories in a safe, controlled way, reducing their emotional impact.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In our work together, CBT helps us identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be contributing to your challenges. We'll explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies to support emotional and behavioral growth.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I integrate DBT skills like mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to support balance and emotional stability. This approach is especially helpful in navigating intense emotions and improving relationships.
