I use CBT, educational, client-centered, and solution-focused therapies to assist in your processes. I accept clients where they are and tailor treatment to meet their individual needs. In our first session together, we'll get to know each other and then we'll focus on your specific concerns, struggles and goals.
CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing, are some of the treatment methods I utilize within an eclectic style of individualized treatment.
