My aim is to help clients navigate major life transitions, anxiety, depression, and overwhelming stress — especially when life feels uncertain, heavy, or out of control. Whether you’re dealing with a big change, emotional burnout, or financial pressure, therapy with me is a place to slow down, get grounded, and start making sense of what you’re going through.
I take a warm, supportive, but direct approach to therapy. I won’t just nod and listen, I’ll help you notice patterns, challenge what’s keeping you stuck, and build practical tools so you can feel more steady, confident, and in control of your life. My background is a clinical social worker working full time in medical social work so I witness people's life change every day in major ways. This has lead me to prioritize self care and build intentional ways to help myself and others manage stress. My top self-care activities include traveling, spending quality with family and friends, seeking out thrilling adventures, discovering new RNB music, and walking. I'm hopeful that we can identify some coping skills that work for you.
My name is Amber and I am just your average woman living life in the midwest. I am a wife, mother to 3, soon to be 4, littles and therapist. I have served all kinds of populations from incarceration to outpatient working with kiddos as young as 3 to adults in their 80s. What you see in session, the laid back, goofy but can be blunt person is who you'd meet on the street if you saw me in public. I believe healing comes from within but also from the people you choose to surround yourself with. Some people have a great support system and others have me as their cheerleader and I strive to be a good one.
Hello, I'm Dora Smith. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, in the state of Virginia and South Carolina. I am a former teacher who worked with the regular and special education environment. I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents to improve relationship concerns, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, post-partum, grief, life transitions, ADHD, PTSD, and addictions. I believe everyone can overcome their struggles with support and genuine effort.
Life transitions can feel overwhelming, whether you’re adjusting to parenthood, balancing care for both children and aging parents, or stepping into adulthood. My passion is helping you navigate these changes while staying true to yourself.
Each person’s journey is unique, and I aim to help you improve your life your way. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, actions, and emotions connect, then adjust them to support your goals. My approach is warm, person-centered, and celebratory—I’ll always acknowledge your progress along the way.
Many of the adults I work with are highly sensitive people (HSPs) and empathic individuals who feel deeply affected by their environment, relationships, and the emotions of others. Many are navigating the lingering effects of trauma, anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, bullying, relational wounds, shame, or emotional overwhelm and want to feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and connected to themselves. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach that may include EMDR, EFT, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, transpersonal approaches, and mind-body connection work to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth in a calm and collaborative space.
I am a compassionate and supportive therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges in a safe and nonjudgmental space. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel heard, build healthy coping skills, and gain confidence as they work toward meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being in their daily lives.
Hi, I’m Kei (pronounced “Key”), founder of Keys to Coping Counseling & Wellness PLLC and a Licensed Professional Counselor currently licensed in Virginia. I have experience in outpatient therapy, school-based counseling, multisystemic work, clinical assessments, utilization review, and substance use counseling.
I specialize in working with teens, adults, parents, and helping professionals who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, or life transitions. I understand that life can feel heavy at times, and my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow through whatever challenges you may be facing.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, behavioral, and environmental factors that impact overall well-being. I use person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused approaches to help you build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, improve emotional wellness, and create meaningful change in your life. For those who desire it, I also offer a faith-integrated approach that incorporates Christian values and spirituality into the counseling process.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically, process life openly, and move toward healing at your own pace. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth, balance, and emotional wellness.
I have been working in the mental health field since 2018, serving as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and director of clinical programming. My experience includes working directly with clients while also mentoring other clinicians and developing evidence-based treatment programs. I have advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused modalities, and I frequently integrate mindfulness-based interventions into my work. My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative, helping clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step—and sometimes a strange one. You may be thinking, “Do I really need to talk to someone?” or “Where do I even begin?” You do not have to have the perfect words, a neatly organized life story, or a five-point plan for healing. You just have to show up as you are, and we can start there.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate, with room for honesty, curiosity, and the occasional well-timed laugh—because healing is serious work, but that does not mean we have to be serious every single second. My hope is that you feel supported, understood, and respected as we work together to help you feel less weighed down and more connected to yourself, your choices, and the life you want to build.

Hello! My name is Kim. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Board Certified Counselor (NCC).
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to the well-being of the individuals I serve. In my therapy practice, I work with individuals that report anxiety, stress, depression, interpersonal relational concerns, occupational challenges, difficulty maintaining boundaries, and other conditions. For support, I offer cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in individual therapy sessions.
Everyone needs help from time to time. I enjoy helping people to find their strengths; their gifts, talents and abilities that they were created with. Whether you’re experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or just feeling stuck, therapy can provide a safe place to work things out and find solutions that are right for you.
I find that many people are helped by connection with a therapist, someone who will listen, but also use their training and experience, bringing that into the relationship.

My name is Jennifer Bailey, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Drama Therapist. I help clients identify and pursue the goals that lead to a life filled with meaning, pride, and contentment.
Now, you may be wondering: “What exactly is a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT)?” Simply put, it means I integrate elements of theater and creative expression into the therapeutic process. With me, you have options. You might choose a traditional talk-therapy session to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Or, if words don’t feel like enough, you might try something more experiential—writing, movement, role-play, or even reimagining and practicing conversations that keep replaying in your mind.
Talk therapy is a powerful tool for growth, but sometimes it takes more than words to truly process what’s happening inside. That’s where creativity can open new doors. Whether through conversation, movement, sound, or artistic expression, I provide a space where you can choose what feels most healing and helpful.
I would be honored to support you—whether that’s working toward personal goals, processing difficult emotions, or making positive and lasting changes in your life.

I'm your partner that supports you in building those healthy coping skills that already exists within; a healthier version of your self. It's like my Texas sister Beyonce' says "Let me upgrade you". As the times change, we must have the ability to upgrade the manner in which we embrace and manage the impact of those changes such as changes in job, relocation, death of a loved one or family member, empty-nesters, transitioning into a caretaker role for a parent , child, or sibling.... I have an interesting educational background as I presently have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, A Master's of Social Work from The University of New England and presently working towards a Doctorate of Psychology in Behavioral Health Leadership. Hello 😊 I’m a Licensed Clinical Social based in Baltimore, Maryland. I provide a unique approach to effectively decrease the prevalence and incidence of mental illness, emotional disturbance, and social dysfunction. It is my mission to make mental health more approachable & tangible. My clinical practice is focused on lowering mental health stigma, providing clinical treatment, and encouraging everyone to achieve their optimum level of wellness.
If your brain never fully shuts off, you overthink everything, or you feel mentally exhausted even when life looks “fine” from the outside, you’re in the right place. I work best with thoughtful, reflective adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship patterns, life transitions, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together.

Clients often appreciate my open-minded approach, curiosity, and ability to create a space where they can think out loud without judgment. Therapy with me is less about being told what to do and more about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and how you want to move through the world.

I’m Janet Worley, LMFT and founder of Worley Wellness Counseling. I work with couples and individuals navigating relationship stress, communication struggles, emotional disconnection, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with care deeply about their relationships but feel stuck in painful patterns that leave them feeling hurt, misunderstood, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and empowered enough to create meaningful change. Rather than offering judgment or one-size-fits-all advice, I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and challenged toward growth.
A large part of my work focuses on helping people understand the deeper patterns underneath conflict and distress. Whether you find yourself caught in recurring arguments, struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally disconnected, or carrying wounds that continue to impact your relationships, therapy can help bring clarity and create new ways of relating.
I use an integrative approach that blends attachment-focused work, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method interventions, DBT-informed skills, and practical problem-solving strategies. This allows us to explore not only what is happening, but why it is happening and how to begin changing it.
My goal is to help couples and individuals move beyond conflict, disconnection, and unhealthy patterns toward greater understanding, emotional safety, stronger communication, and more fulfilling relationships—with others and with themselves. I believe healing and change are possible, and you do not have to figure it all out alone.

You don't have to keep holding it all alone. I'm here.
