I have provided therapeutic support to individuals with mental health and addiction-related diagnoses for over 12 years in outpatient and inpatient settings. I work with children ages 6 and up, adolescents, adults, and military members and families to help them get through life issues and stressors. Through the use of Motivational Enhancement, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief Psychodynamic interventions, symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and abuse can be addressed in therapy. My educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Studies from East Carolina University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I am also fluent in Spanish and can provide support to Spanish-speaking individuals.
