We will complete a comprehensive assessment that will help me identify your needs and unique challenges. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My greatest strengths as a provider are having the education and training that I have through 10 years of education as and LPC and in addition to book knowledge and therapeutic experience I also have my own experience with praticing the skills and have direct experience of their success in my own life.
Client's I see often are individuals who suffer from depression and anxiety in addition to substance use concerns and possible history of trauma. Clients that I work well with are clients who have been in mental health care for a few years and have a back ground in therapeutic treatment and support. Clients I see will attend weekly therapy treatment for weekly individual counseling sessions for 60 minutes and will practice coping skills as taught during session between session activities.
