What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions as a it is essential to build a healthy therapeutic rapport. You will have the space to discuss specific challenges as well as goals of therapy. The goal from our first session is to start the process of creating an individualized plan for an ongoing working relationship and identification of goals and objectives.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My experience has taught me that the most important aspect of counseling is building connection in order to share guidance through difficult situations. I believe it's very important to be innovative with different perspectives and unbiased in my role as a therapist. I will continuously honor that role , respect confidentiality and support an open and honest working relationship. I am currently available to provide online therapy services to adults ages 18 & up.
