I’m not the type to just sit back and nod silently; I am right there in the trenches with you, bringing my genuine, slightly nerdy self to every session, and I believe everyone has an inner resilience waiting to be unlocked!
My life is full, beautifully chaotic, and deeply rewarding. As a spouse and a mother of four, including a wonderful youngest child who is autistic, I intimately understand what it feels like to manage a million moving parts. I know the exhaustion of a racing mind, the weight of sensory and emotional overload, and the delicate art of balancing family, transitions, and personal growth. Because of these lived experiences, I bring a deeply human, judgment-free perspective to my practice.
In sessions, we will use evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT to actively build a practical toolkit for your daily life. We will work as a team to quiet the internal noise, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and master concrete skills to regulate intense emotions.
For clients who desire it, I gladly incorporate a Christ-centered approach, utilizing scripture and prayer as an anchor for our clinical work. However, if you are currently facing a painful crisis of faith or spiritual burnout, I offer a safe harbor to process those doubts without a shred of judgment.
