Life can become overwhelming. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply going through a difficult season, you deserve a safe place to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I’m Lorena Quintana Gallion, LCSW, a bilingual English/Spanish therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S)-Supervisor, with extensive experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in compassion, honesty, and collaboration.
I believe therapy should feel both safe and purposeful. I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach while helping clients gain insight, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels realistic and respectful.

Hey there! I'm Kelyn, a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas.
First things first, take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards taking care of yourself and improving your mental health because, let's face it - starting therapy can be overwhelming, scary, and exciting all at the same time.
I have been practicing for about 10 years now and I love helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and a number of other issues become the best versions of themselves.
Hello, I'm Tia. I'm a trauma therapist and EMDR-trained clinician, and the founder of Infinitely Healing Counseling Services, PLLC. My passion lies in helping individuals break free and embark on their unique journey of healing and mental well-being.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to keep up with life’s constant changes? Do you ever feel alone, isolated, or caught in the middle of difficult relationships? Maybe you’re trying to break free from generational cycles, heal childhood wounds, or carry burdens that were never meant to be yours. I hear you. I’ve been there—we all have. But that doesn’t mean you have to go through it alone.
With extensive experience in crisis stabilization and trauma-informed care, I recognize the profound impact our environment has on our overall functioning and well-being. By adopting a holistic approach to therapy, I am committed to empowering individuals to enhance their internal skills and resilience, enabling them to effectively navigate life's challenges
Hi, I'm Sherry, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I support individuals who are navigating major life transitions, struggling with anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by their emotions. Together, we'll work to better understand your thoughts and feelings, develop practical coping skills, manage anxiety, build self-compassion, and overcome the barriers that may be keeping you from reaching your goals. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can grow, heal, and create meaningful change.
I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore the challenges you're facing.
I work alongside my clients to identify their strengths, better understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop a personalized plan to address problem areas and make meaningful progress toward their goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I strive to provide practical tools, compassionate support, and evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs.
Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, gain insight, and create lasting, positive change.
I am licensed in Texas with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.

As a social worker for twenty years, I have seen both the incredible hardships that people face as well as human resilience and adaptability. I became a therapist because I believe that healing happens best when we feel seen, heard, and accepted—just as we are. In therapy sessions, I use humor, warmth, and genuine respect to create a safe and supportive space for that purpose.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Texas and Florida, with over 20 years of experience. I am a strong believer in wholeness. I help individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges. My blend of insight, compassion, and expertise empowers clients to discover the tools within to rebuild and transform their lives. Using Family Systems Theory, I connect relationships, health, and spirituality to emotional well-being.
Are you having more bad days than good days? Tell me if this sounds like you:
You're low most of the time, and it's hard to remember the last time you felt like yourself. You feel sad and unmotivated. Getting out of bed takes effort, and things you used to enjoy feel flat. You snap at people, then feel guilty. And sometimes the heaviness gets so loud that you have thoughts of not wanting to be here.
If that's you, you're not weak, dramatic, or beyond help. Those thoughts are a sign of how much stress you're carrying, and they're something we can talk about openly, without judgment or alarm.
You can probably trace where it comes from: the unpredictable home, the pull between cultures, the habit of staying capable and needing little. You've done the reflecting, and maybe the therapy too. But insight didn't make the feelings go away. Often it's because anxiety and depression are feeding each other, and understanding alone doesn't reach that cycle.
As a licensed therapist in Florida and Texas, I specialize in supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. My approach centers on empowering clients to cultivate self-love, navigate communication barriers, and develop resilient coping strategies. With a deep understanding of mental health dynamics, I offer compassionate guidance for those experiencing depression, anxiety, social challenges, and life transitions.
My therapeutic practice focuses on addressing diverse concerns including mood disorders, women's issues, chronic health conditions, and personal growth. I create a supportive, affirming environment where clients can explore their experiences, heal from past traumas, and rediscover their inner strength.
Drawing from evidence-based practices, I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized strategies that promote emotional wellness, enhance self-esteem, and support meaningful life transformations. My commitment is to walk alongside you with genuine empathy, respect, and professional expertise.
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Youngstown State University and began my career working in foster care as a case manager, where I developed a strong foundation in advocacy, family systems, and trauma-informed care. I later expanded my clinical work as a mental health therapist in a school setting and within a collaborative program serving children involved in foster care, supporting clients through complex emotional and environmental challenges.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). My clinical experience includes counseling children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, low self-esteem, anger management concerns, and relationship challenges.
In my practice, I utilize trauma-informed CBT, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based approaches, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful and lasting change. I believe healing occurs in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment, where clients feel empowered, respected, and actively involved in their mental health journey.

Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing.
In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Addiction, substance use, and recovery support
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders
• Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes
• Co-occurring disorders
• Disability Affirming Care
• Limb Loss Support
• Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who specializes in supporting high-functioning Black women navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I also work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and major life changes, including those adjusting to new roles, relationships, or life circumstances.
I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and better understand your thoughts and emotions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you build practical coping skills while also exploring deeper patterns that may be impacting your well-being. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.
Hello! I'm Julie.
Do you need a tune-up? Is your life-work balance causing issues? Do you have healthy boundaries? Do you want to enjoy your life?
Please note I have a sliding scale (that means, if you are a cash client, we can work out a lesser price if you are financially disadvantaged).
IF YOU ARE MILITARY, current or retired, and have TRICARE, you can find me at Sensible Care or Talkspace.
One way or another, I want to help you.
I am passionate about helping clients of all ages have fulfilling lives. I help individuals, couples, and families who are seeking a little or a lot of help. I empower those who have no voice. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. I collaborate with you to put together a treatment plan. We'll use a whole-self approach, addressing your needs for mind, body and spirit. I use worksheets (sometimes if you like them!).
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, addictions, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
Are you looking for a safe space to identify and process your emotions? Searching for someone with whom to talk through stressors besides your family or friends? I am passionate about mental health and helping people.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who's been servicing the mental health needs of individuals and groups for over 15 years. I graduated with my undergraduates in Psychology and Spanish, followed by my Master's of Science in Social Work, and ended with my Doctorate of Clinical Leadership in Social Work. I help people deal with day to day life challenges brought on by mental health concerns in our lives, sometimes due to trauma or significant events in our lives. I am a licensed independent practice-level clinical social worker. I have a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work DCSW. I have dedicated my career to working in behavioral health treatment. I have worked within the Department of Defense Schools in Europe and Asia. I have worked with Active Duty members, Veterans and their families. Prior to joining the Civil Service, I practiced mental health within the civilian community, my focus there was substance abuse, domestic violence and and a variety of mental health issues working with adolescents and adults. BLUF: There is nothing I haven't seen. My strongest ability lies in helping a client identify strengths and weaknesses while guiding them to identify goals and interventions that will work specifically for them. The most challenging part of therapy is believing it will make a difference. The best way to overcome that hurdle is to see successful outcomes.
Clinical experience has taught me that if you are willing to do the work, you will see results. Using the appropriate interventions, combined with mutual openness, respect and trust will enable you to overcome obstacles and achieve goals you didn't believe possible. Through years of dedicated work with all age groups, life experiences and extremely challenging circumstances, I have developed a strong sense of commitment in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, self-awareness and growth.

I will provide therapy services to all clients in all locations within the state of Texas through Bluebonnet Healing and Wellness Therapy Services, PLLC supported by Grow Therapy. If you feel stuck or misunderstood because of life's experiences causing anxiety, stress, or trauma, I can help. I have always had a heart and passion for helping people and did so throughout my career in the military, civil service, and then later when I started my counseling journey in 2010 and then received my master’s from Liberty University. Counseling is a ministry that I have a passion for helping people of all ages navigate and overcome a variety of life's challenges. Good mental health positively affects our physical health. It is important for all to have the opportunity to receive mental health services. If a client qualifies, I accept sliding scale. I have been attentive to the needs of both at risk residential and outpatient children, adults, and families, while ensuring a welcoming, trusting, no-judgement environment. I also work to effect positive change using methods or tools empowering Individuals (both adults and youth) and families experiencing unexpected life's trials.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, or emotional stress - or noticing patterns from the past repeating in your relationships - you’re not alone. Unresolved trauma, depression, or anger can affect the way you think, behave, and connect with others. These patterns can also affect how you see yourself - leading to self-doubt, low self-esteem, or a sense of not being good enough.
I’m Manuel Olvera, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I specialize in helping adults work through anger, anxiety, acute and complex trauma, depression, self-doubt, and relationship issues, so you can feel more calm and balanced. I also welcome clients who struggle with ADHD-related challenges, particularly when emotional regulation or past trauma is involved. Teenagers are also welcome.
In therapy, I aim to listen more than I talk. I offer guidance and explain psychological concepts when they’re helpful, but my main focus is creating space for you to express yourself and process what you're feeling. I ask questions to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors - and I follow your lead.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and elements of CBT to support healing at the level of both the mind and body. I also help you explore how past wounds may be affecting your current relationships. For couples, I use the Gottman Method and often work with each partner individually in addition to joint sessions - especially when personal trauma is showing up in the relationship dynamic.
Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, struggling with anger, shutdown, or self-doubt - or feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you - therapy can help. You don’t have to have all the answers. If you’re ready to start, I’d be honored to work with you.
