I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with about 6 years of experience, I have worked with adults going through difficulties, such as stress, relationship issues or worries within themselves and their lives. I have also worked with those who are going through depression, anxiety or family issues. I believe through understanding and empowerment, we are capable of change and so much more.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our initial session is an intake session, this is where I will gather all the information that makes you who you are. I will also inquire on your past history along with relationship and family history. I will always provide a space for you to feel heard and understood, please do not be intimidated by our first session. I want to make sure my clients are listened to, acknowledged and empathized with. I want to make my clients feel comfortable with the ability to express themselves in a safe space.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that one of my greatest strengths is that I will always believe in my clients abilities, I know it can be very hard to believe in ourselves at times. However, knowing that someone else can see your potential, is a boost of confidence to acknowledge what you are capable of. I also understand that it can be very hard to transition into different roles or careers, which is why I am passionate about working with those who have a difficulty believing in themselves, and providing a sense of security within yourself.
