New to Grow
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to keep up with life’s constant changes? Do you ever feel alone, isolated, or caught in the middle of difficult relationships? Maybe you’re trying to break free from generational cycles, heal childhood wounds, or carry burdens that were never meant to be yours. I hear you. I’ve been there—we all have. But that doesn’t mean you have to go through it alone. Hello, I am Tia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Infinitely Healing Counseling Services, PLLC. My passion lies in helping individuals break free and embark on their unique journey of healing and mental well-being. With extensive experience in crisis stabilization and trauma-informed care, I recognize the profound impact our environment has on our overall functioning and well-being. By adopting a holistic approach to therapy, I am committed to empowering individuals to enhance their internal skills and resilience, enabling them to effectively navigate life's challenges
Therapy sessions are specifically designed with YOU in mind. The first session is thoughtfully structured to help me get to know you better and gain insight into what motivated you to seek therapy. During this introductory session, I will have the opportunity to explore what you are currently struggling with, as well as your unique life experiences that have shaped you. Following this, we will work collaboratively together to build a strong therapeutic rapport, establish clear treatment goals, and outline mutual expectations for our time together. My ultimate goal is to truly create a safe, welcoming, and warm environment for all my clients.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Therefore, I use a variety of approaches to foster healing and recovery. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as Person-Centered and Trauma-Focused strategies.
My background includes working as a Qualified Mental Health Professional, providing in-home behavioral health services to children and families. Additionally, I have experience in inpatient psychiatric and behavioral health services for adolescents, as well as partial-hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs (PHP/IOP) for adults. I am skilled in crisis intervention, conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, screening for suicide risk, and recommending appropriate levels of care based on individual needs.
