Hello, and welcome. Life often presents us with challenges, and at times, we all need a catalyst—or a bridge—to help us cross over into the next stage of our journey. I believe there is no single approach that works for everyone. That’s why I use an integrative, personalized method tailored to meet your unique needs. With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them discover insight, healing, and growth.
In our initial session, we will discuss the importance of client confidentiality, outline how the therapeutic process works, and explore your reasons for seeking therapy. We’ll also identify goals, clarify both client and therapist expectations, and talk about activities or reflections that may take place outside of our sessions to support your progress.
We will utilize several theoretical counseling models' e.g. DBT, CBT, Personal centered therapy, Solution focus, Gestalt therapy all which have been proven to be effective.
My greatest strengths are in helping individuals navigate everyday life challenges such as low self-esteem, codependency, relationship difficulties, and experiences with domestic violence. I also have extensive experience working with a range of diagnoses, including depression, substance use disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, and anger management concerns. Above all, I am dedicated to supporting and facilitating each client’s healing and personal growth.
