Hey there! Are you feeling a little overwhelmed lately? You’re not alone. Maybe you’ve been juggling a million things, second-guessing yourself, or trying to keep everyone else happy while quietly burning out. If that sounds familiar, I see you and I’d love to help.
I work with millennials, professionals and creatives who are ready to stop running on autopilot and start feeling more connected, calm, and confident in their own skin. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, going through a big life transition, struggling with boundaries, or just feeling “off,” we’ll work together to make sense of it and create space for something new.
In our sessions, you can expect compassion, curiosity, and maybe even a little humor when it fits. I use an integrative approach rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, but I also bring creativity and flexibility into the process because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are you.
This is your space to breathe, reflect, and grow. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up and we’ll take it from there, together.

Hello, I am a clinical psychologist who has been in practice sine 1999. I work with a general adult population, with my main focus being on PTSD, depression and anxiety. During the early stages of my career, I performed extensive psychological and neuropsychological testing. This helped me to understand the general workings of the brain and how important it is to utilize this knowledge in my therapy. I have found that helping my clients understand that mental illness is not "just in my head" or something I need to "get over' has been so very beneficial in people healing and taking control of their lives. I hope to have the opportunity to help you heal and make positive changes in your life.
Greetings, I'm Anita Smith!
If this is your first time seeking help, I would like to commend you for your courage, and if you have had therapy before, I hope I say something that connects for you.
I'm curious to know what brought you here and what you would like to get out of therapy?

Are you experiencing any of those feelings? I also work with individuals who desire prayer before our sessions.

Hello, my name is Jeremiah Henderson. I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in the state of Texas. I have experience working with depression, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, low motivation, trauma, and anger. It is important to realize that we are all prone to experience life stressors and negative emotions that can knock us down; however, I want us to work to develop skills and coping mechanisms to assist in helping to pull ourselves back to a point of stability. Getting to a place of happiness and stability is not something we can stumble on by accident, it will take deliberate work to get there and even harder work to maintain it. Let me help you get to the finish line.
Since 2000, I've dedicated much of my professional career as a life coach. In 2016, I began my journey to become a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in assisting individuals in managing their challenges. My approach integrates both intellectual and emotional aspects to support clients effectively. Using CBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational interviewing techniques, I provide structured, goal-oriented processes while focusing on achieving specific therapeutic goals. Addressing the needs of individuals who have experienced trauma by reducing symptoms of trauma-related disorders, such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety, among children, adolescents, and their families. Concentrating on helping clients explore and resolve ambivalence about change, the collaborative and client-centered nature effectively enhances motivation, promotes engagement in treatment, and supports clients in making meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives. Please contact me today to schedule a consultation.
I believe the most important aspect of counseling is feeling comfortable with the counselor. You need to be able to trust who you are working with has your best interest at heart and genuinely listens to help meet your therapeutic goals. If I am not the right fit for you, I will assist you in finding the right counselor. I have over 20 plus years experience.
After many years of exploring a variety of jobs I finally began to focus on assisting others in this adventure called "life ." As an adult. I began serving through Christian ministry and then realized I was even more fulfilled in working more specifically in the wider field of mental health. After getting both master's and a doctoral degree in mental health, I worked in clinical settings, counseling centers, crisis centers, my own private practice , and university settings. While managing my own counseling center, I also served several years teaching graduate students in the areas of counseling and psychology. My joy comes from helping others regain control of life when cognitions, emotions, and behaviors have caused distress. We do not always understand the "why" of life experiences, however we can gain mastery of our thinking, feeling, and doing and continue to enhance functioning and happiness.
I'm a therapist and I work with people who have mixed anxiety and depression. Over time, I've noticed a few patterns my client's have in common. See if this fits: you're tired of being your own worst critic.
Maybe you've achieved what you're "supposed to" but feel unfulfilled. Or maybe you're stuck while others seem to move forward easily. Either way, you're harder on yourself than anyone else would be.
Your mind won't quiet down at night but feels foggy during the day. Simple tasks pile up because they feel overwhelming. You put things off, then beat yourself up for procrastinating.
Some days motivation is nonexistent. Other days you're anxious about everything. You've tried apps, routines, and productivity systems. Nothing works long-term because you're working against yourself.
You avoid important things because failure feels terrifying. Then you criticize yourself for avoiding them. The cycle keeps repeating.
Whether you're a perfectionist or feel like you're falling behind, the internal commentary is harsh. Your relationships suffer because you're distracted by self-judgment.
Therapy helps you change that inner dialogue.
Learning to treat yourself with basic kindness isn't self-indulgent—it's practical. You don't have to be your own obstacle.

My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.
Hi, I'm Sylvia.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed? Feeling like you are not good enough? You are not alone, and you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or just feeling like something isn’t right, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to your authentic self. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space where you can begin to understand your experiences, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change.
Finding yourself stuck, blocked in your efforts to grow and heal? Depth psychology is the key. I specialize in helping you discover how to get. unblocked, gain insight and move forward in your life, especially by working with the information in your unconscious and uncovering what those blocks are all about. As a counselor with over 25 years of experience, I can help with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, family and relationship issues, addiction and crisis of the spirit, I specialize in discovering what is at the core of problems and use a variety of healing and treatment modalities tailored to each client. I’ve found working with the unconscious, especially through dreams, more than anything, helps gain the insight and understanding necessary to heal quickly, permanently and remove the blocks that get in the way of a happier, more successful life. You can’t fix anything until you make it conscious. A wholistic approach that addresses the body, mind and spirit works very well to reveal the fullness of who you are.
I have experience working with a variety of counseling modalities, such as cognitive/ behavioral, dream work, hypnosis and alternative methods of healing, in addition to meditation and mindfulness. I’ve worked with couples, families, addicts and clients who are dually diagnosed, meaning they have both mental health and addiction issues.

Greetings! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years of counseling experience and more than a decade of experience in various roles within the field of mental health. If you are an individual struggling with any of a number of symptoms related to depressive, anxious, mood or personality disorders and/or struggling to effectively maintain balance in your life and interpersonal relationships, I believe I can be of some relief. Knowing that folks may be scared or hesitant to pursue therapy, I do my best to provide a calm, safe and inviting environment, keeping a pace catered to your comfort as you work toward healing and developing a stronger relationship with yourself. I am an inquisitive mind and will ask many questions so that I may have further understanding of and greater compassion for your struggles as we strengthen our therapeutic alliance and use your strengths to pursue a sense of stability.
Trauma hurts. It can be sudden, life-altering and overwhelming, or chronic, subtle and nearly unnoticeable, but either way it can change the way we think about others, the world, and unfortunately, ourselves. Dealing with the aftermath—changes in our relationships, lashing out toward self or others, feeling nothing and/or everything all at once—is sometimes as hard as the initial event, especially when society, friends and family and our own minds tell us to “just get over it.” Worse, sometimes we aren’t even sure where the trauma came from in the first place, leaving us confused and even feeling hopeless. If you could just “get over it,” you would, but sometimes the brain simply cannot process traumatic events without help, and this is why trauma therapy exists. :)
I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Texas. I've been in practice for nearly 15 years and have been doing EMDR therapy for 13 of those. I specialize in helping teens and adults process trauma of all kinds. My goal is to help my clients gain the skills needed to process and adapt to traumatic memories, and then allow them to do so in a safe environment. I teach them how to build boundaries and follow through, and to treat themselves with self-compassion rather than judgment and harsh expectations.
Trauma doesn’t have to ruin (or run) your life. If you’re hurting, please know I’d be happy to help in any way I can.

That's right, to get myself fired! I believe that we were created in the image of the Creator which means the ability to love and be loved and to have the freedom to make wise decisions which help navigate us through this journey we are on. Thank you again for reading my biography. I wish you the freedom you are looking for and believe YOU ARE WORTH IT!
I work alongside my clients to empower them to choose their own future, and find the path to the future within themselves. To empower my clients, I utilize an eclectic approach based on cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and internal family systems.

I believe talk therapy is a power tool. It can heal. It can empower. It can bring about the kind of changes you seek. In order for talk therapy to really work, you must feel connected to and trust the therapist you work with so I encourage you to find the right fit. We will start where you are and, together, we will explore new ways of making your life more manageable. To struggle is to be part of the human experience. Struggle can be a motivator for change. Those self-defeating thoughts are not who you are. These life circumstances do not have to define your whole life.

With over 15 years of professional experience, I am committed to helping others find ways to be their best. I want you to be successful. Because of that, I work hard to find out where you're stuck in life and how to help you feel better. I am licensed in Colorado and Texas. I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State College in Colorado where I enjoyed living in the San Luis Valley, taking day hikes on the weekends and enjoying the majestic mountain views.

I have about three years practicing fully licensed using CBT methods. I am now starting practice privately so that I can expand on other methods that give meaning to this career.
