I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with a masters in Counseling and Development from Texas Women's University. I have worked with a variety of clients including those in crisis, depression, anxiety, mood issues, and general trauma. I love to work with young adults and teens, specifically those who enjoy a more direct approach, with a twist of humor and sarcasm. I have also worked with fostering, adopted, and in state custody adolescents. I have special training in substance use, incarcerations, rehabilitation, and veterans in the court system.
As a Solution Focused Therapist (SFT) I aim to create realistic goals for us both to open, work on, and achieve through out the therapeutic process. I also draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and use CBT techniques to address someone's needs by encouraging positive self-thoughts and reframing. The counseling journey can be really tough, and it's important you find the right fit. I enjoy learning about each client individually, while empowering change within. I am here to provide support through compassion and empathy each step of the way!
I work with partners, couples, and marriages to be direct and improve communication, trust, commitment and general satisfaction within relationships. I enjoy working with individuals, couples/partners and families (over 18 years old) to help them through rough patches or teaching tools to use at home to boost happiness, confidence, and commitment in relationships. I have facilitated relationships including dating, marriage (1-5 years together, 7-10 years together, or even 20-30 years together), and family combinations (parent/in-law, grandparents, co-parenting, roommates, sisters/brothers, or relatives) that want to get along better.
I hold therapy for individuals, around such topics as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, family relationship issues, work stress, and other things to see changes in life.

Feeling lost in the chaos of life or the tough stuff most therapists won’t touch? Hi, My name is John’Neiska "JoJo" Williams and I am a licensed professional counselor in the states TX, GA LA, CO and I can assure you, you’ve come to the right place. Kick off your shoes and relax your feet—because therapy with me will never be a cliché.
Therapy isn’t just venting—I’m not here for small talk. I have a laid-back vibe, but make no mistake I’m here to challenge, teach, and help you grow with real change. No clichés, no endless “How does that make you feel?” I believe that true healing happens when we bring the mind and body into the same conversation. While most people think thoughts lead to behaviors, I’ve seen how often behaviors can shape thoughts and how powerful it can be to work counterintuitively to spark change.
Thats why I focus on the primary use of Counterintuitive Therapy that is rooted in blended approaches from the frameworks of Behavior therapy and Gestalt therapy in a way that’s present-focused, dynamic, and deeply human. Some moments in life demand that we focus on the here and now, while others call for us to explore how the body has been keeping score of past experiences. Some emotions and stress doesn’t fit meet the criteria of a one-size-fits-all model. That’s why I incorporate a range of behavioral tools and more specialized eccentric approaches, including Ketamine & Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, DBT, creative expressive play, and counterintuitive skills, all tailored to fit your needs.
Hi, I'm Ashley!

It can start affecting our daily functioning and close relationships. I'm here to help you identify what is going on and what triggers can be affecting your life. Let's work together to help you get back on track and continue living your best life!

Hi there! My name is Chinh. If you’ve reached my page, chances are that your heart has been broken, you probably just had the umpteenth argument with your significant other, or maybe you’re stuck in a frustrating cycle of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and overwhelming thoughts that never seem to let up. Maybe it’s all of the above! Whatever brought you here — I’m glad you came. Let’s work through it together.
I grew up in a culture where mental illness wasn’t something you talked about. Emotional struggles were ignored, hidden, or minimized. I was taught that sharing feelings was a weakness — that being strong meant staying silent. That experience shaped me. Today, I’m passionate about helping people unlearn those harmful beliefs and start living with more freedom, clarity, and emotional honesty. I want to help end the stigma associated with mental illness.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico, and I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling. I’ve spent years working with adults, couples, and families — helping people reconnect with themselves and each other. Therapy can be hard work, but you don't have to do it alone. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. Let's rewrite your story together.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from Midwestern State University in Texas and have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress, and with navigating life transitions and changes, all with the goal of helping them to become the best versions of themselves. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, and/or self-care.
My ideal clients are adults—often high achievers—who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and the pressure to keep everyone else happy. These patterns quietly erode confidence, strain relationships, and make even small decisions feel exhausting. What they’re really looking for is relief—clearer boundaries, steadier self-trust, and the ability to move through life without constantly second-guessing themselves or carrying old family dynamics into the present.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas, with a Master's degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Over the past three years, I have been dedicated to helping adults navigate challenges related to depression and anxiety, guiding them toward becoming the best versions of themselves. In addition to being an LPC, I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), allowing me to provide specialized support for individuals facing substance-related concerns.
My approach is goal oriented, emphasizing the development of healthy coping skills to assist clients in regulating emotions, managing daily life stressors, and recognizing the physical symptoms associated with emotional distress. Through personalized strategies and evidence-based techniques, I strive to empower individuals to cultivate resilience, enhance self-awareness, and achieve lasting emotional well-being.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals across all stages of life, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

I also understand that choosing a therapist can feel quite daunting and difficult, so I gladly provide a preliminary cost-free consultation, where we can discuss your concerns and explore our potential collaboration together.
Please Note: I am currently not accepting Oscar insurance.

The human experience is not something that always works based on logic. Our brains are wonderful tools that can occasionally get stuck in a survival mode that leaves us feeling helpless and terrified. We can become stuck logical loops, anxious cycles, helpless before the fear of the unknown, or in a dark depression that stops us from continuing our previous goals and fun hobbies. Our past can be a reason for this. Sometimes it might be recent events at just the wrong time. It can even be a combination of small things that seemed to always shift never going away.
My philosophy of treatment is to teach my clients how mind and body work so that they can make their choice in how they choose to live and interact with others. I am trained in EMDR, hypnosis, and IFS and apply all in working with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and for pain management from physical illness.
A person's mind is like a garden, cultivated or left to it's own devices it will always grow. When carefully tended it is a thing of beauty, but if left alone it is a mess of weeds. In understanding the thoughts and beliefs you have about the world and how you can shape them, you can learn to thrive. With a new perspective you can change everything.
