(She/Her)
I'm Tamieko Graves Rogers, an experienced Behavioral Health Clinician deeply passionate about empowering individuals to thrive in their mental health and wellness journey. With over two decades of dedicated experience in counseling, therapy, and mental health support, I've had the privilege of guiding diverse populations towards healing and growth. Throughout my career, I've been driven by a profound commitment to compassion, advocacy, and evidence-based practices. I believe in fostering a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges, uncover their strengths, and embark on a path towards holistic well-being.
During our first session, we will get to know each other and discuss your goals and what you would like to be different once you have completed treatment.
My greatest strength is meeting my patients where they are and to be a safe place for them to work out their issues. To also treat them from a holistic approach, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of an illness.
I love working with children and adults who experience problems with anxious behaviors, mood, or emotional dysregulation. Once identified, we work together to focus on increasing strategies and skills and to decrease symptoms.
