Brief Introduction, better understand what prompts you to seek counseling and develop a plan for growth.
Strengths
I specialize in relationship and family counseling. I bring empathy, authenticity, and a nonjudgmental presence to each session. My personal experience with marriage counseling inspired me to become a therapist and gives me a genuine understanding of how vulnerable—and transformative—the counseling process can be. My approach stands out because I combine professional training with compassion, practical guidance, and a deep understanding of relationships, addiction, emotional regulation, and nervous-system responses. I help clients recognize unhealthy patterns, understand what drives their reactions, improve communication, and develop tools they can use in everyday life. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
