I have a background in education and special education with an emphasis in autism. I work with Adults, children, couples, and families. I believe in a direct, practical approach with a bit of humor.

First session
Our first session consists of getting to know each other better by simply talking and having a conversation. I let you tell your story. We will work together to create realistic and meaningful goals that will guide our sessions. I strive daily to create a safe, comfortable space where you will feel safe, valued, and heard without judgement or fear.
Strengths
I feel that one of my strengths as a provider is the ability to relate in a practical sense. When I connect with a client it's not just what I have learned in school but its personal for me.
Ideal clients
I love working with clients who know they want better, they don't have to know what to change or how to change . We can explore that together . Come with a open heart and mind . I always say therapy doesn't work unless you work it. I let the client tell their story and together we create a plan of goals.
Origin story
Life doesn't stop Lifing! My journey hasn't been perfect, but everyday I make a choice to find the joy in the journey. My practice was build out of a desire to help others see the best in their journey. I know life isn't perfect but it is manageable and fulfilling with the right emotional tools in place. I want to partner with you and walk along side you to uncover the best version of yourself.
