Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working out of the state of Texas. I've been in the behavioral health field for over 13 years helping people of all ages overcome mental health struggles and substance use issues. I was called to this work because of my own struggles with depression and substance abuse; and, though I had to struggle in order to get where I am, I feel so grateful for my experiences. I have a passion for using mindfulness and compassion in my work and like to incorporate deep breathing and other body-based techniques whenever possible because, frankly, these are things that have worked well for me! I believe in the importance of helping you to understand the power of the mind-body connection in order to improve your relationship with yourself and the world around you. I'm a huge proponent of yoga and Brazilian jiu jitsu as healing arts and would encourage ANYONE to try them out.

Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship. I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection. As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment. My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection. I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.

My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience. My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress. I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.

Part of what led me to become a therapist was my own experience of how difficult it can be to find meaningful, accessible support when you need it. Navigating my own mental health journey helped me recognize the importance of having someone who truly listens, understands, and shows up consistently. I became a therapist because I wanted to be that person for others, to help ensure people don’t feel alone or unsupported when they’re seeking help. Throughout my life, a wide range of personal and professional experiences have shaped who I am today and strengthened my ability to genuinely connect with others. I worked in a community mental health agency, where I gained extensive experience across multiple areas of mental health. Although the work was demanding, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve individuals in various capacities and settings. That experience helped shape my clinical foundation and reinforced my commitment to this field. Along the way, I have learned to embrace my own neurodivergence and mental health experiences and use them as sources of insight, self-awareness, and strength. I am a mother of three children, and my experiences as a parent have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, advocacy, and emotional complexity. My oldest child is also neurodivergent and lives with complex congenital heart disease, which has required multiple heart surgeries. These experiences, along with navigating remarriage and a second journey through IVF, have given me a profound appreciation for uncertainty, grief, hope, and perseverance. They have also strengthened my capacity to sit with others through difficult, vulnerable, and emotionally layered experiences. I share this to give you a sense of who I am and how I approach therapy, and to reflect the values of presence, compassion, and authenticity that guide my work with clients.

Hi there! My name is Chinh. If you’ve reached my page, chances are that your heart has been broken, you probably just had the umpteenth argument with your significant other, or maybe you’re stuck in a frustrating cycle of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and overwhelming thoughts that never seem to let up. Maybe it’s all of the above! Whatever brought you here — I’m glad you came. Let’s work through it together. I grew up in a culture where mental illness wasn’t something you talked about. Emotional struggles were ignored, hidden, or minimized. I was taught that sharing feelings was a weakness — that being strong meant staying silent. That experience shaped me. Today, I’m passionate about helping people unlearn those harmful beliefs and start living with more freedom, clarity, and emotional honesty. I want to help end the stigma associated with mental illness. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico, and I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling. I’ve spent years working with adults, couples, and families — helping people reconnect with themselves and each other. My approach is strength-based and holistic: I believe healing doesn’t mean “fixing” you — it means understanding you, supporting you, and helping you build the life you want. Therapy can be hard work, but you don't have to do it alone. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. Let's rewrite your story together.

’ve felt called to become a therapist since I was nine years old, and that sense of purpose has stayed with me ever since. I began my career in a community mental health setting, where I worked closely with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and learned the importance of practical, real-life coping skills. That experience continues to shape my approach today—I focus on helping clients build insight, develop tools they can actually use, and feel more confident navigating their relationships and daily lives. Outside of therapy, I enjoy slowing things down and staying grounded through gardening, crocheting, and camping. I’m also a big reader—especially when it comes to romance novels. Family is a central part of my life, and I value the many roles I hold as a wife, mother, stepmother, and grandmother. Raising both boys and girls—including twins—has given me a wide range of life experiences that help me connect with clients from all kinds of backgrounds.

I'm Melissa =) Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. I strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues,ADHD, healthy communication, and improved coping skills, to name a few. My focus is with individual adults to help develop assertive communication and boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life. Not sure if you could use some help navigating life's challenges? Let's talk about the kind of support I can provide you. Bock a session with me to see if we're a good fit and how we can help you have more peace. Unfortunately, I am unable to assist in completion for any formal type of documentation.

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing mental health therapy services in Louisiana and Texas, with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of their most vulnerable and life-changing moments. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how personal, relational, and cultural factors intersect in our emotional well-being. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard. My goal is to help you find balance, process challenges, and empower you to persevere—even when life feels overwhelming. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to uncover your strengths and create meaningful change. My approach is genuine, down-to-earth, and rooted in authenticity. I strive to create an environment where you feel encouraged to be your true self. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I hope that this personalized and honest connection keeps you engaged and motivated in your healing journey. Whether you are seeking support for the first time or returning to therapy after a break, I’m here to provide thoughtful guidance and compassionate care. I’m a licensed therapist who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions. I understand how easy it is to feel stuck in your thoughts or stretched too thin trying to manage everything on your own. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel better in your day-to-day life—not just during sessions. I use a blend of practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and solution-focused therapy to help you build coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change. During our time together, my goal is to create a space where you can finally exhale. I take a warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental approach. We’ll not only explore what’s been weighing on you, but also focus on practical tools you can use in your daily life—whether that’s calming racing thoughts, setting boundaries, or feeling more in control of your emotions.

Greetings, I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of North Texas and have been practicing for 19 years. Transitioning through life changes can be challenging, and having a therapist assist you through these transitions can be incredibly beneficial. Therapists can provide support, guidance, and tools to help navigate changes in relationships, careers, health, or any other aspect of life. They can help you explore your feelings, identify patterns or obstacles, and develop coping strategies to manage stress and uncertainty. Additionally, therapists can offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and work through any concerns or fears you may have about the transition process.
