I’m a licensed therapist who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions. I understand how easy it is to feel stuck in your thoughts or stretched too thin trying to manage everything on your own. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel better in your day-to-day life—not just during sessions. I use a blend of practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and solution-focused therapy to help you build coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change. During our time together, my goal is to create a space where you can finally exhale. I take a warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental approach. We’ll not only explore what’s been weighing on you, but also focus on practical tools you can use in your daily life—whether that’s calming racing thoughts, setting boundaries, or feeling more in control of your emotions.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. You’ll have space to share what’s been going on, what’s been feeling difficult, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll also begin to identify what support might look like moving forward, including goals for therapy and some initial strategies you can start using right away. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

If you’re feeling constantly overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or like your mind just won’t slow down—you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with are used to holding it all together on the outside, but inside feel anxious, drained, or stretched thin. I focus on giving you practical tools you can use right away, while also helping you understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Our sessions are collaborative and focused, so you’ll leave with something tangible—not just something to think about. Therapy with me isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having a space where you can show up as you are, feel supported, and start to make sense of what you’re going through. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or like you’re carrying too much on your own, we can work through it together—at your pace. Together, we untangle overwhelm, soften self-criticism, strengthen emotional regulation, and help you feel more grounded and more like yourself again. You don’t have to carry this alone — relief and restored steadiness are possible.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally “stuck” and are ready for things to feel different—even if they’re not sure where to start. Many of my clients are juggling a lot (work, relationships, parenting, or life changes) and need support sorting through their thoughts and emotions. My ideal clients are open to a collaborative, goal-oriented approach and want tools they can apply in their daily lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use CBT to support clients in identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, building healthier coping strategies, and developing practical skills they can apply in their daily lives. I often incorporate techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and psycho-education to help clients reduce symptoms of anxiety, overwhelm, and mood-related concerns. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths and focus on achievable goals. I incorporate techniques like scaling questions and exception-finding to support clients in building on what’s already working and making practical, meaningful changes.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT-informed techniques to help clients build skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. My approach balances validation with practical strategies to support clients in managing intense emotions and improving daily functioning.
