I have been passionate about mental health from a young age! I started working toward my career at Texas A&M University where I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013. I went on to pursue my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and graduated in 2015. I have experience working with all ages as a grief counselor, career counselor, children's counselor, school counselor, and a general counselor for individuals and couples.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My first priority is to make sure that my client walks away from a first session feeling comfortable and relieved knowing that they are on a supported path. I provide a place where you can lay your heaviest burdens and walk away feeling motivated to continue the work you have started with me.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach to therapy is purely client-centered. I meet each client where they are and walk with them as we take steps forward toward their desired goal.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am comfortable working with all people! I have experience with all age groups and have no reservations when it comes to helping others with their mental health.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT most often to identify negative thought patterns and behaviors. From there we can look at solutions and develop new habits!
