About me

Symptoms and stress from the pandemic and beyond has caused our lives to change in so many different and unique ways. Welcome home, I can provide you with a safe space to begin the path to your healing. Mental health is as important as physical health with you at the center. I have a passion for working with young to older adults. The breadth of my experience has included people with dynamic experiences. I have worked in such rural communities such as San Angelo, TX and as diverse as Jersey City, NJ. Depression, anxiety, grief, college and life stress are just a few areas where I could help you to make positive and new changes. I am a New Jersey native and have over 18 years of professional experience working in various clinical and supportive facilities such as Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Outpatient Treatment, State Residential Treatment Centers, Community Mental Health Clinics, Employee Assistance Programs, and Assisted Living centers.
