What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A Precise, Tactical, Approach to therapy that is Holistic and Targeted to Activate your Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS) and Deactivate your Amygdala by doing 4 key coping skills that work immediately in your body and brain with an immediate benefit of reducing your Anxiety & reducing your Trauma Symptoms and Reactions. This is followed by the use of Eye-Movement (EM) modalities to guide your brain to heal itself. "Trauma comes back as a Reaction not a Memory" - Bessel van der Kolk We'll share with you some powerful and amazing lessons that will help you be the healthiest and best version of you by improving your ability to cope and self-regulation while healing stuck-points, wounds, losses, and traumas from your entire life and career. We'll will teach you about the science behind these life changing lessons as well as the 4 key coping skills that work immediately in the body system and will drastically improve your daily sense of well-being by reducing your: Anxiety, Depression, Avoidance, Irritability, Stress, Panic Attacks, Hypervigilance, Insomnia, & Physiological and Trauma Reactions. In conjunction with Talk Therapy, PNS Activation, and Amygdala Deactivation, we utilize Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to clear and desensitize wounds, psychological (emotional) pain, and reduce feelings of loss, grief, abandonment, and attachment wounds. These techniques also reduce and heal the turmoil and pain caused by abuse, assaults, and traumas. We can help you lessen phobias and heal negative self-thoughts and core beliefs. Unlike Talk therapy alone, utilizing EMDR as part of your treatment, You do not need to tell us your wounds or traumas for us to desensitize your wound; we guide your brain to do what it naturally wants to do. Put simply, we guiled your brain and body to heal itself! Once we clear/heal your "wound," all of the Anxiety, Depression, Irritability, Insomnia, and Physiological symptoms connected to that "wound" will be eliminated; you only have these Negative and Physiological symptoms because that memory or "wound" is not stored in the proper place in your brain. Utilizing EMDR is how these "wounds" get desensitized and moved to the proper place in your brain, resulting in true alleviation of symptoms and healing! We all have wounds, that's part of the human existence; and I know this sounds too good to be true, but when you feel it, and you will, you'll believe it! Tactical Trauma Therapy Modality Sta

My treatment methods

EMDR

This is such an amazing treatment method where the wound is desensitized as the client does Eye-Movements (EM) while focusing on targeted memories, thought, or emotions until they are no longer causing distress; it is fast healing (every time you do this in session, there will be some healing/betterment). It is less painful than giving your trauma narrative in talk therapy alone. You'll believe it when you feel it! The most effective therapeutic modality for healing wounds, loss, grief, traumas, PTS/PTSD, negative core beliefs, and phobias.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a form of treatment that helps people change their negative or irrational thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and actions are interconnected, and that by changing one of them, we can improve the others. One of the most recommended forms of treatment in the world.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

CPT is a specific type of cognitive behavioral therapy that helps patients learn how to modify and challenge unhelpful beliefs related to the trauma (child abuse, combat, rape and natural disasters). This will be facilitated over 12 sessions and helps clients learn how to challenge and modify any unhelpful beliefs related to the trauma. In doing so, the client creates a new understanding and conceptualization of the traumatic event so that it reduces its ongoing negative effects on their life and health.

Motivational Interviewing

An inquisitive method of helping you gain insight, awareness, and leading you to healing, growth, improvement, and change.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

We don't stay stuck in the negative; we identified to issue/problem and then all of our effort and energy is moving towards solutions and healing.
