I’m a therapist who believes healing happens through compassion, honesty, and collaboration. My style is supportive yet practical—I help clients explore their struggles while also developing concrete skills to move forward. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, and together we create a safe space to uncover strengths, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I have a passion for helping others and it has become my purpose in my life. I believe that prioritizing your mental health is crucial for leading a healthy and fulfilling life.
I am passionate about helping couples and individuals navigate challenges with clarity, hope, and practical guidance. Drawing on faith and lived experience, I create a space where honesty is met with understanding, and growth is grounded in both heart and purpose. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen connection, and take intentional steps toward healthier relationships and a deeper sense of resilience and meaning in life.
Congratulations on taking the first step towards healing, despite feeling worried or unsure, perhaps even hopeful, despite misgivings. Choosing to change is difficult, and you are doing it!! With 26 years of practice, I bring professional expertise, personal understanding, sincerity, warmth and caring to your healing journey. Whether you’re navigating life solo or in a relationship, unresolved childhood trauma can quietly shape your patterns, reactions, and relationships. I help individuals and couples uncover those early wounds and start healing—through psychotherapy grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness. Because healing isn’t just talk; it’s nervous system deep. The body keeps the score, but you get to rewrite the story. Let’s create the life you were always meant to live. Not all therapies or therapists are created equal, as you know if you are still struggling with the same issues. Time for a change.
If you want to feel better about yourself, confident, excited about life, build healthier relationships, and become your best self, welcome to creating your best life. Together, we'll integrate Mind/Body/Spirit approaches with classical therapeutic interventions tailored to your unique needs.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2018, providing mental health and behavioral counseling services. My work is grounded in the belief that every individual has a unique life story, and our present experiences are often shaped by what we've encountered in the past. I also believe that our thoughts and behaviors influence how we engage in relationships and perceive the world around us.
I approach therapy with a deep respect for each person's cultural background and life experiences, maintaining a strong commitment to multicultural awareness and sensitivity. My therapeutic style is integrative and client-centered—I believe that you are the expert on your life. Together, we’ll explore patterns of behavior and uncover the core beliefs that may be contributing to current challenges. My role is to support and guide you with empathy and encouragement, helping to build self-awareness and make sense of past experiences.
Mental health is a journey. Feeling lost now doesn’t define your future. It takes courage and strength to pursue a more meaningful and fulfilling life. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering support, encouragement, and empowerment every step of the way.
Hi I am Dianne Dabney I am a License Professional Counselor. I works at creating a safe and relaxing environment in which people feel comfortable enough to share their story. Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Colorado and Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas - El Paso and have been practicing for over 15 years. I believe that every person has the capacity for resilience and change. Whether you're looking to overcome specific challenges or simply seeking support, I am here to help guide you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life.
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest parts of starting therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can be a space to slow down, talk openly about what you’re experiencing, and gain a different perspective on the challenges you’re facing.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My style is warm, conversational, and thoughtfully questioning. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I’ll help you explore your thoughts, recognize patterns, make connections, and identify practical steps that feel realistic for your life.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, build effective coping skills, identify solutions, and work toward meaningful goals. Because no two people have the same experiences or needs, treatment is collaborative and individualized to you.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply recognizing that something in your life needs to change, you don’t have to work through it alone. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but reaching this point means you’ve already started. Let’s take the next step together.
Hey there! I'm Paige, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in the sunny state of Florida. My passion lies in empowering individuals who are prepared to embark on a transformative journey toward a brighter future. With a wealth of experience spanning various demographics and challenges, I specialize in supporting those navigating neurodiversity (such as Autism and ADHD), trauma (including survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence), substance abuse, and the complexities of anxiety and depression.
You can know that something needs to change and still feel unsure where to begin. Maybe you're overthinking everything, putting pressure on yourself to get it right, carrying experiences you've never fully processed, or trying to find your footing in a season of life that has changed you. Sometimes, even when things look fine from the outside, they can feel very different on the inside.
I want therapy to be a place where you can let your guard down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and feel understood without having to explain away your feelings. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I draw from evidence-based approaches to help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Trinity University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Mary's University, both in San Antonio. My additional training includes TF-CBT and TGCTA, and I am pursuing certification in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders to better support individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood.
Recognizing the need for help is an important first step. In fact, rather than acknowledging a weakness, it is a sign of strength. I want to help you to build on that strength to achieve success in the areas you are struggling with.
Specializing in relationship dynamics, I invite individuals, couples, and families to improve communication, resolve conflict, and build skills to manage anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and more. Christian counseling, men's issues, and family roles are additional areas of special focus I provide.
I believe in personal responsibility, the reality of options at your disposal, and your ability to make decisions that are good for you with clarity. Ownership results in liberty. I would be working with you to help things make more sense and see a path forward.

At the Child & Adult Behavior Center, we help both adults and children, as well as parents.
For adults, we help you find ways to cope with stress, anxiety, loss and depression. Not only talking through and understanding, but also concrete "what to do about it" coping skills, lead to calmer, more stable emotions and relationships. We find cognitive behavioral therapy very useful, and within that, learning the skills of mindfulness, a form of in-the-moment meditative thinking, to calm and focus the mind when emotions overtake. This fosters a new way of viewing and handling stressful situations as they arise.
For children's therapy, we work with you, and with your child. Parents' feedback is a critical part of helping children feel and do better. We help you with parent-child interactions to find your way as you navigate the seas of child behavior. Our specializations are the treatment for Aspergers/autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, emotional self regulation, the behavioral and emotional aspects of sensory issues, anxiety and depression. Our special programs also treat a wide range of neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children. Neuro-typical parent-child relationships, family relations, and parenting issues for all children and teens are also our focus. We help - you help your child - with ideas and techniques to put into action. Ideas that can greatly reduce the stress and storm of being a parent in the trenches. Peace in the home is possible!

Trauma hurts. It can be sudden, life-altering and overwhelming, or chronic, subtle and nearly unnoticeable, but either way it can change the way we think about others, the world, and unfortunately, ourselves. Dealing with the aftermath—changes in our relationships, lashing out toward self or others, feeling nothing and/or everything all at once—is sometimes as hard as the initial event, especially when society, friends and family and our own minds tell us to “just get over it.” Worse, sometimes we aren’t even sure where the trauma came from in the first place, leaving us confused and even feeling hopeless. If you could just “get over it,” you would, but sometimes the brain simply cannot process traumatic events without help, and this is why trauma therapy exists. :)
I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Texas. I've been in practice for nearly 15 years and have been doing EMDR therapy for 13 of those. I specialize in helping teens and adults process trauma of all kinds. My goal is to help my clients gain the skills needed to process and adapt to traumatic memories, and then allow them to do so in a safe environment. I teach them how to build boundaries and follow through, and to treat themselves with self-compassion rather than judgment and harsh expectations.
Trauma doesn’t have to ruin (or run) your life. If you’re hurting, please know I’d be happy to help in any way I can.

Hi, I’m Devin. I’m happy that you’re here, and I want you to know that reaching out for support is a meaningful first step.

I work with individuals who are navigating several challenges in life such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship or friendship challenges, and low self-esteem. I love providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I am also very passionate about men and mental health. I have observed that many men suffer in silence and feel emotionally trapped in a straitjacket. I love listening to my clients. From the first sesion, I focus on instilling hope. I want my clients to leave feeling encouraged and relieved. I do not pretend to fix my clients problem/issue(s). The research shows that when a person has a safe space to release ans someone to contain and care, a positive hormone gets release. I am here because I care. I seek to understand and empathize. I love helping those who are stressed, ancious, depressed, weary, worrying, hurting, confused, lost, sad, or hopeless. It is rewarding to me to help others release stress, improve their functioning, and overall well-being. I strongly believe in using a holistic approach. I educate my clients regarding coping strategies, coping techniques, and coping skills. Interested clients are offered educational material to review. It is my clinical perspective that the mind, body, and spirit are significant to well-being. I am very strong in my faith as a believer and follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. Each individual's narrative, perspective, and voice, matters. I love helping those struggling to adapt and adjust to life stressors, transitions, and difficulties. I hold a doctorate in Marriage & Family Counseling. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families adapt; improve communication; improve patterns of interaction; and relationship dynamics. I love what I do and I have been providing counseling to children, teenagers, young adults, couples, and families, for over 27 years.
